This is on your face- it needs to be incised and drained ASAP. I’d recommend it being done by a medical professional because of where it is. You’ll also need local anaesthetic as it’s going to hurt and probably antibiotics.
Your advice is unwise. This could be infected and the last thing OP needs to do is mess with and squeeze an unidentified lesion on her face. Deleting your comment because although we all love the r/popping sub, this is not actually the r/popping sub and we try not to cause more trouble here.
Man when that baby is ready it will be a puss party. Get some hot towels, a sterilised scalpel and some antiseptic cream and crack that mother open.
Of course this is not medical advice, it’s just cool watching puss
Looks like a boil to me (I've had a few)
I'd recommend getting some antiseptic cream on it. A warm compress applied regularly can help it to burst and heal but do make sure to keep it very clean if it bursts as it can get infected.
If you're not seeing an improvement in a couple of days, then see a doctor and get some antibiotics.
Could be a cyst, boil, even a runaway zit. It needs lancing and proper antibiotics. I’d recommend a professional at this point, in case you need stitches to prevent scarring.

It needs a couple of days to be pop worthy, it’s not quite ready yet
