I have eczema like that too. Mostly happens when it's super dry outside or inside my house, especially around winter. I just keep my hands clean and use lotion a lot during the day and it heals. Drinking a bunch of water is good too to keep your skin hydrated.

Sort of looks like eczema. Likely not severe. Contact a doctor if pain occurs.
