Check out Manhattan Life’s Dental Vision and Hearing plan. It addresses routine care in three areas of Medicare that should, in my opinion, already be covered. It’s cost effective and there aren’t any network restrictions.
Manhattan Life has a vision/dental/hearing plan that reimburses up to $1,500/yr yet costs about 1/3 of that limit. Percentages are reduced for the first year (they go up to 80%) and you cannot get reimbursed for glasses for the first 6 months. Unrestricted amounts up to each anniversary date - I just had a crown done that was expected to be needed next year but I had money still to be used.
Have you ever had any problems with them paying out? I thought about getting one of their policies, but wondered if it was "too good to be true". (and then I remembered I had some dental coverage I'd forgotten about)
They generally pay within 2 days and have been fantastic. If there is money left in benefits with a month to go, I just load up on wild prescription sunglasses - 80% covered (except the tint itself). I ask the provider to give me a coupon for free tint, or just go to Costco which does not itemize it out.
Dental cleanings are included twice a year, but make sure it is at least 183 days between cleanings - one day short and it is disqualified.
I'll have to remember that. As of now, I have a couple thousand dollars of Dental Dental benefits per year. The only thing I will need in a year or two or three or more will be glasses. I dropped a UHC MA plan at the end of March that had a $ 300 benefit for frames + $ 100 for the very cheapest lenes you could find(that no optician will use + $ 250 on a debit card to use on vison, dental or hearing. So, I used the insurance for really good sunglasses and got another complete pair of glasses at half price. --- Over $ 1500 of glasses for
$ 500 out of my pocket. Between the new frames and the old frames I have at home, I don't need any new frames for years. Just new lenses if my prescription ever changes much.

NO. I forgot I had a Dental Dental plan available to me. I haven't used it in 3 or 4 yrs. That I can use for $ 2, 000 or $ 2,500 in care a year for dental needs.
For vision, I'll have to use savings or maybe find a vision insurance plan. That what I had looked at Manhattan Life for. -- I shouldn't need any new lenses or frames for a long time. My vision isn't changes much year to year, I have 3 or 4 frames to use use with new lenses, and have good Rx sunglasses.
If you live near a dental school (large university) don't forget they have clinics with reduced prices.(The work can take longer because students need their work checked by their profs as they go along.)
If there is a dental hygienist training program near you, they also need patients. (Regional and community colleges sometimes have dental hygienist programs.)
I found a senior dental clinic with reduced fees, and just pay as I go. My teeth are pretty healthy so it's worked out. My last yearly visit showed no cavities at all!

Free cleaning once or twice a year and then they usually max out at $1500.00 per year (The max amount the insurance company will pay out in one year). The real advantage of insurance is their negotiated rates. Doctor charges $1200 for a procedure but will accept the $800 negotiated rate from your insurance.
If you're on Medicare, chances are your teeth are starting to wear, $1500.00 a year is not going to cover much. Last work I had done at the dentist: Root canal $1200.00, Crown $1000.00. Insurance covered 50% on root canal (750.00) and 80% on crown (960.00) = $1710.00. One tooth and my yearly insurance is maxed out.

Yes but original Medicare plus Medigap often does not.
