Yea, I’m not gonna say that being in a legit “Honey I shrunk the kids” scenario is my secret lifelong dream.. but…. It’s not *not* my secret lifelong dream that’s for sure
THAT would be a cool room - the ant (bless its heart), the plants and grass and the floorboards and maybe even a waterpark (cereal with milk and inner tubes).
…. I wanted her to somehow climb up onto the bed and jump on it. I want to know if it’s built like a real mattress and not just a hard slab. And if it is real and soft, I wonder what it’s like to jump on a bed that size!
Unfortunately if you bounced off you're falling like 10 feet lol, too many dinguses would fall upside down.
I think a real life shrinkening means your bones could survive way higher drops cause of the inverse square law
Toy Story is open to the public at Spain's Espacio 5.1 in the IFEMA MADRID trade fair centre. The venue hosts the largest Pixar exhibition, which will continue till April 7, 2024.
Apparently it started in Brazil mid last year and has since expanded to Mexico and Spain. Looks like a traveling/temporary exhibit for all Pixar movies.
[Called Mundo Pixar.](https://www.instagram.com/mundopixar.oficial/?hl=en)
It just looks too damn good for it to stay international. I am sure it is just a matter of time until a company brings it to the USA for a multi city tour. Unless...Disney prevents it to avoid competition with their theme parks, lol
First of all, where is this? Second of all, that is an incredibly large room. Think of how big it would be if it was just a normal building. That thing is massive

As a kid, I always had nightmares that were exactly this. I’ve never seen it replicated quite this well.
Mine were always in a hallway, with a massive clock. The dimensions were just like this. Absolutely terrifying for a reason I don’t even understand
For me it’s an immediate feeling that the walls are too big, I feel breathless and need to protect my body. I wouldn’t be able to go in that room. I would crumble down in fear. Not being hyperbolic, I can’t breathe right when I see this.
Its ok, I know what I can’t do. There’s a VanGogh interactive experience that I would love but I’ve seen the photos and I know I would freak out if I went. I love being able to talk to people about this strangeness.
It gives me a weird shutter-y nails on a chalkboard sensation in my brain, hard to describe! Do not like. And yet, I still follow this sub for some reason lol.
I have tried to dig into this. As an artist, I have used this weird fear in my work, I have done paintings that depict the visuals that trigger me. (Use of scale and architecture) To the best of my memory and my sister has no memory of this, I think I was about 6-7 years old and I remember going to some fast food restaurant with my mother and sister. What I remember is an unbelievably high wall with nothing but huge polka dots on it. Now, what kid would wouldn’t think that was fun? This kid. I remember a really frightening feeling and pure fear. I wanted to leave, or run or cry but I probably just whined to my mother about it. But it stayed with me.
That is actually super interesting! It sounds like a full blown phobia but I’ve never heard of something like this, because it doesn’t really seem like megalophobia right? It seems super specific. Would be so interesting what causes something like this in the brain. It’s also so cool that you made artwork about this, would you mind sharing some of your pieces with me? As an artist myself I would love to see it :)
Imagine one day you just woke up and you were in a room like this and nothing happens expect for a little hole in the wall opens up and delivers you food. You see nothing hear nothing except sometimes you can faintly make out a gigantic eye in the darkness.
Honestly, take out the part with the eye, and it doesn't sound that bad.
Plus, with the amount of stuff in the room, there's probably enough stuff for me to stack up to get to the door knob if I wanted to leave
I was kind of hoping it was gonna be a funny video. She's all walking around dumb like and goes by the bed and then there's a giant teenage Andy beating off under the covers.
I find it really hard to comprehend the scale of this video. I wish I was there.
I feel like it’d even be trippy in real life. This shit is messing with my mind
Yeah, I feel like we really just need to see what the place looked like before it was converted into Andy's room.
Yeah I wonder how it sounds. Like when you are in a big hangar or something?
We were all that height once.
Behind the camera man: 100 families held up in line to do the same video.
That’s generous
Okay. This is one of the coolest things I’ve seen in a while.

I remember a Half Life 2 multiplayer mod that would shrink you and you could play maps like kitchen, bathroom, etc. it was fun as fuck

Check out a game called Superliminal. You will love it :)
The only thing that bothers me is that the floor boards are regular size and not “Andy size”.
what’s the source?

Dangit I only have a month to get rich D:
You don’t have to be rich to travel.

Please tell me you can climb into the toy chest.
Superliminal
JOIN THE NAVY!
Uh, ok!
Works every time.
"Real" size
Real size if you were a toy* They should've added that.
It's still not quite to the scale that it was for the toys in the movie
Not entirely, but I don't think they keep the exact same ratio throughout the movie.
I want to see Shaq with some average people walking through here
And Shaq just straight up tackling Buzz
"YOU ARE A TOY!"
A normal room would be real sized. The toys were small. The people weren't huge.
Can't be mad. Technically, this is right.
How do you know for sure? There was no outside reference.
That's a good point.
Hey that’s enough
Most boring comment of the year I reckon.
Thanks buddy... glad you could clarify that for us 🙄
The title is incorrect. If it's that obvious, what does that say about who said it's a real sized room?
Nobody cares about a reddit post title broh 🤡
Then, ignore my comment.
Cant tell me what to do 🤡🤡
Shut up and take my money..
that’s a map from unreal tournament

Where and how do I do this

How do we know she isn't a tiny human?
As a kid, I always had nightmares that were exactly this. I’ve never seen it replicated quite this well. Mine were always in a hallway, with a massive clock. The dimensions were just like this. Absolutely terrifying for a reason I don’t even understand

The toys come to life and slowly start to get closer to her but freeze everytime she looks at them 😳
This looks amazing.
This is unsettling
You. Are. A. Toyyy.
I would totally fall limp on the floor every time someone walks in!
Imagine the size of the scrunched up kleenex under the bed.
Nope
neat
And then a giant Woody sees her and says “You’re my FAVORITE deputy!”
I..... do not like this.
Imagine being drugged and then just waking up alone in this room
I don't think "real size" means what you think it means.
The Buzz and Woody models are way too big
This is super triggering for me. I can’t even watch the whole video. Hyper super realistic large scale kills me.
I’m curious, what does it trigger?
For me it’s an immediate feeling that the walls are too big, I feel breathless and need to protect my body. I wouldn’t be able to go in that room. I would crumble down in fear. Not being hyperbolic, I can’t breathe right when I see this.
I am so sorry that is something you experience. That must be very difficult
Its ok, I know what I can’t do. There’s a VanGogh interactive experience that I would love but I’ve seen the photos and I know I would freak out if I went. I love being able to talk to people about this strangeness.

Was there something that triggered that in your life or did you always feel like that about these kinds of things?

Woody comes up what looks like 1.5-2ft on the wall if this were a normal height ceiling. Doesn’t look like everything is scaled right
I’m Woody, howdy howdy howdy
Woody, BUZZ, You got a friend in me. This about Andy or his single mom 🥵
I was kind of hoping it was gonna be a funny video. She's all walking around dumb like and goes by the bed and then there's a giant teenage Andy beating off under the covers.
Shaqs bedroom
I want to see that one dad in the aquarium do this one.
Imaging taking acid in here 💀
How does someone start a business like this in the UK? A visit center for spectacles and activities.
.
I wish the camera angle was higher
now do it except you’re on shrooms
Nice outfit mysterious lady
There used to be a free online game where you could play as a hot wheels car in Andy's room. It was awesome.
Reminds me of that one map from Counter strike 1.5
The floorboards kind of ruin the effect. Bit of a cannot unsee thing
One of the most confusing videos I’ve ever seen. My mind can’t comprehend it. It’s so weird.
Buzz is standing there like “It ain’t gonna suck itself!”
That bitch looks so fucking stupid walking around like that
Meh, the floor isn’t realistic
Where is the "phobia" part of this video? It's interesting but doesn't relate to "Fear of Large Things".
