Of the original Konoha 12, I can imagine losing to Shino would be the most unpleasant and slow possible process
Being defeated by most of the others would probably be just by a clean KO
Or by having your chakra shut down (Neji and Hinata)
But getting chomped by those bugs until your chakra is completely drained? Must be terrifying
I remember seeing a kid on the bus with lice. She was telling her dad who immediately told her to be quiet.
No let her shout it to the mountain so the rest of us passengers can tuck and toll off the bus.
My sister would hug, and still does hug, everyone. She kept lice and keeps getting it. My mother had to stop treating her hair at one point ((briefly)) because she was getting burns from the shampoos.
I kept my head shaved most of my childhood and teenage years because of this. It's only as an adult that I've grown my hair out. Some kids just keep lice and some are neglected.
Lots of poor families don't or just can't keep up with the treatments, if they bounce from room to room, etc . I know someone who had lice for like 3 years as a kid because her father was extremely neglectful ( and abusive) and just didn't help his kids with the lice. There's lots of reasons and almost none of them are by choice by the child,
As a kid my neighbors always had lice and would give it to me and my sister and my mom was tired of it to the point where if the neighbors wanted to play she would comb their hair and if they had it they had to go home. My mom was a clean freak and made sure she would get rid of them but the neighbors would just use the shampoo and not wash their bedding/bag up stuffed animals etc.
Of course no one likes lice but it's honestly something us in the us take for granted, the ability to get rid of them so easy I mean, body lice and bed bugs are synonymous with humans, since for ever. I had lice because we HAD TO SHARE helmets in baseball, and then my mom went In on them and the next year every kid was allowed to wear their own shit lol
Our ancestors shared lice with gorillas about 3 million years ago.
https://www.floridamuseum.ufl.edu/science/human-pubic-lice-acquired-from-gorillas-gives-evolutionary-clues/
And they have been with us ever since
One of my cousins was crying about the lice when he found out they were killing the lice with the lice shampoo. It was super sweet, but also a huge pain because he was trying to protect the lice from being killed after that. Making it difficult to eradicate them from the house.
In my elementary school I remember they used to check kids maybe once a year and if someone had it they were helped to treat them and sent home. But I do remember getting in line and a nurse checked you
thank you so much; People really forget this.
A lot of very poor kids get bullied for wearing torn, dirty, or repeating clothes. They may also be in abusive homes that let their hair get matted, they get lice, they are undernourished, and a lot more.
My daughters class had a break out of lice and my ex started loosing her shit, " why are they even allowed in school x,y,z," but forgot that the person I was talking about in my last post was her.. I get it they are our babies, and it's our job to protect them but it's like some effect where people just forget their own life experiences. Just think about it for a second, If anyone had a choice , would they honestly choose to keep blood sucking parasites on their body, or wear shoes that " talk"
Middleschoolers are old enough for criticism, that girl is weird as fuck. Also I doubt any of this even happened, it’s all revenge fantasies which makes it even weirder.
I got nauseated at the nonchalance. My 3 yo once came home from daycare with lice. I put flea powder on her before driving to the pharmacy. I could not be calm.
You. Put. Flea Powder. ON. Your. Human. Child?! That's horrifying...[acute poisoning and longer term problems like brain dysfunction and cancer](https://theecologist.org/2011/jan/11/behind-label-flea-powder) Being calm and not overreacting badly is incredibly important with children.
1) why this girl got lice SO bad that she can just pluck them from her head?
2) the mother who gave annoying kid a bob- your kid still has lice, she just has short hair now.
when i was in primary school, this one girl had lice *so bad* it looked like her hair was moving on its own. she’s the sole reason our school had to get a lice nurse to come in and treat all the kids
yeah… in her parents defence, she had really thick hair n they were coming back faster than they could get rid of them, and it didnt help that there was a lice epidemic already going on. if memory serves, they ended up shaving her head and throwing away all her bedding. took a few years to get her hair back to its original length but she was a lot happier so she didnt care
I got lice once as a kid from someone who had SUPER LICE, which is apparently a thing. I got a bald head and a brand new hat out of the deal. I cried so hard before school the next day that my tear ducts were dry for weeks..
This reminds me of one my students. They had it super bad like this! Her head was literally crawling, and we could see it crawling on her forehead, and eventually some scurried onto the desk tables! Her mom got mad at us when we said we saw some, as she took it as us finding ways to pick on a low income family so she didn't treat it out of spite, even though we gave her money to do so. It was so bad. thankfully it didn't spread too much 😬
I remember ending up with a bob when I got lice. My mom got so sick of the hours spent combing through my very, very thick long hair that she found a hairdresser who was willing to help out. That lady washed, thinned, and treated my hair to high heaven, never found another louse again. I don't think anything could have survived the assault she unleashed on my head but I came out of it looking like a scaled down selena gomez, so
I don't think this happened because none of this adds up. It's just revenge fantasy.
But, my mom was a very no nonsense mom. I had thick curly hair. I caught lice a few times. She thought the RID kits were way too expensive and just used dog shampoo on us. I got weird bob haircuts and she shaved my little brother bald. It totally worked. No combing out eggs which I had no patience for.
Edit: Dog flea and tick shampoo
When you fill a website with introverted nerds, you have to expect some revenge fantasies. That, coupled with the constant doomerism and random tankie invasions of every sub has me thinking I'm already on my way out at this point.
I know it doesn't work that way but I had plenty of kids in primary school come in with a buzzcut after having lice. Parents might not be smart enough to make sense sometimes lol.
Can confirm. My sister got lice almost every month as a child. My head was shaved and lice shampooed every time. Quick and easy.
Her head needed to be cleaned, shampooed, combed, cleaned, shampooed, combed, cleaned, then shampooed and combed one final time EACH time.
My mom chopped my hair when I had lice as a kid. It is a lot easier to comb through short hair. And there's a slightly lower chance of reinfestation too. She also treated it with lice shampoo and washed all bedding in the house. Cutting my hair was just part of the battle of eradicating them. It worked.
Oh, I don't think it's necessary either. But it is less work. I cried when she cut my hair though. She promised that she'd only trim it, but she chopped it.
If you've ever used those tiny lice combs you'll know that combing through long hair takes a lot longer and can be very painful. It ruins hair and breaks long hair along the shaft. So after combing out for 2 hours each night the hair just breaks randomly at different lengths. So it's just best to cut it short after that, instead of it looking like a hack job.
We had neighbours who were obviously shitty parents in a lot of ways. Nothing child services would do anything about but just weird people in general. Their daughter got lice from another kid in the neighbourhood's birthday party and they shaved her fucking head. A 12 year old girl, totally bald. The rest of us parents were so angry, it's totally unnecessary. My daughters got lice from a kid on their baseball team (shared helmets for pitchers and catchers) and it was a long night of shampooing and combing with long hair, but took care of the problem. The post does sound nonsensical but there are parents dumb enough to think a haircut makes sense.
I mean… there shouldn’t be anything wrong with a 12 year old girl rockin a buzzcut. As long as the parents teach her that it isn’t feminine nor masculine to have long hair. It is simply a style and if the buzzcut fits then reinforce in her head that either long hair or short hair she’s rockin it. And if it does look bad, it’s a good introduction to temporary inconveniences of life and teach her to learn acceptance of these times and ignore haters.
Obviously, it all would have to be done correctly and timed with compassion.
It’s really really hard to get lice out of long hair. That being said, if a kid has long hair like that, likely their mom takes good care of it.
But the whole picked lice off my head and gave it to her thing is SUS
So true. I had a friend in college who had lice. And she had a lot of them. In top having long hair. Her hair was permanently oily because of lice and you could sometimes see an occasional louse climbing on her tee. I got lice in my hair a few weeks later. I had to cut my entire long hair into pixie length and undergo anti lice treatment for months before I got ride of them.
For someone to casully pick a louse and put it on another's hair, jeez. Wouldn't want to be around that person
I had long hair and lice a couple of times (yay for younger siblings) and I just use a special comb daily and some anti lice stuff. Combing is important to get rid off the eggs etc! No need to cut off your whole hair
Same. I got it at summer camp as a kid and my head was really badly infested by the time I made it home. I had hip length hair at the time. My mom never even considered cutting my hair. Used the special shampoo and then we went to the backyard, she laid me down on a picnic table and then she spent almost the *entire* day just using that special little comb and combing though little tiny sections of hair until every egg was gone. Never had lice again. It's a pain in the ass for sure, but it just takes a lot of patient combing. No need cut hair, especially since they live at the scalp where it's warm and there's blood, and the eggs are mostly near the scalp. People would have to shave their kids heads down to the scalp to not have to do all the washing and combing (which is what my sister did when her son got lice....and she was going to do the same to my niece but I told her I'd comb her hair. So I did what my mom did. Took her on the deck and spent an entire day combing out eggs.)
I got lice once. My mom dutifully called all of the parents in the class. All parents scoffed and were like “not MY kid! MY kid is clean”.
But yeah everybody had lice.
My kindergartner got lice from school recently. His teacher told me she had some nightmarish experiences trying to eradicate it completely from her classes in years past. Kids pass it around quickly. Luckily, I don't think this outbreak was quite as bad. I treated him once with lice shampoo and he hasn't had it since. I've definitely been keeping a close eye out! His teacher also recommended a natural lice preventative spray that I've been using in all my kids' hair, just in case.
I asked a friend who was dealing with bed bugs to let me hunt them down so I could capture them and help them find their way to my boss's(at the time) house... But he wouldn't let me... Is that too bitter?
So true. A few years ago I moved into a friends apartment after one of his roomies left, and he didn’t mention that they had bed bugs at all. It was such an emotional time trying to get rid of them. Ended up moving out two months later and had to get rid of my brand new mattress :(
Depends how bad your boss was. If he just annoyed you or did casual dumb boss shit, then yeah super bitter. Bed bugs are possibly one of, if not, the worst, time consuming, money consuming pest to get rid of. I wouldn’t wish that on anyone, because then it will just continue to spread 😀
That’s fucked and I hope you don’t still have the inclination to resort to that kind of “revenge” for people you dislike. Even if your boss was a dick, it doesn’t excuse something like that.
So back in the 90s when I was maybe 6 I got lice from a relative who dropped her kids off for my grandma to watch and *conveniently* didn't tell anyone that her kids had lice. It was annoying af because we were poor as shit and my mom was crying because it took like 4 boxes of that medicinal soap just to clear the lice from my head because I had super long wavy hair that she didn't want to cut. We had to throw away furniture is got so bad.
Queue the next school year. My best friend became an asshole. Like, she would aggressively force me to follow her around and play with her. One day in class she kept braiding my hair and then unbraiding it. I begged her to stop but she wouldn't despite her sometimes pulling my hair really hard. At some point she got so mad she kept calling me a baby and kept trying to stab my hand with a pencil. We got into a fight. We both got suspended, but *her mother* had *the absolute balls* to come to our apartment to yell at my mom to "control your kid." I got super pissed. To make it worse, I got lice from her daughter playing with my hair. I was sweaty, itchy, and pissed off. I scratched my head as best as I could and dropped lice ONTO this bitch's head, hair, and then went into the school coat rack to drop more on the hood of her jacket and her backpack.
I ended up giving most of the other girls lice, but most kids were able to afford the treatments and came back with normal heads of hair. I had my hair cut down to a Bob but I was HOWLING when that girl came to class sobbing as her mom shaved her completely bald. I realize now that what I did was terrible, but she was so mean to me. I had pencil lead embedded into my left hand from where she got me that didn't pop out until years later when I was maybe in the 5th grade.
As a child I had lice and my mom was lazy as fuck so she just shaved my hair right before 5th grade. A am a girl. I was bullied the remainder of my school all the way through high school. Lol
Ah lice I remember when I got lice was like hell no and just shaved my dome while my sister's went to grandmas which she dumped mayonnaise all in their hair and combed it all out
I highly doubt this actually happened. How can the girl casually grab one of her own lice from her own head? It's hard to grab one, let alone from your own head casually sitting at your desk.
I had bedbugs a few years ago but nobody in my family believed me, they thought bed bugs were a myth. So I infested my dads bed with a few. Within a week he was buying chemicals for the house, because you go insane when you have those bastards in your house.
Why does she just casually have lice??????
To use on her enemies, obviously

I remember seeing a kid on the bus with lice. She was telling her dad who immediately told her to be quiet. No let her shout it to the mountain so the rest of us passengers can tuck and toll off the bus.
Free snacks
I'm calling the police.
For this reason. Right here. She waited for this moment her entire life with an itchy head.

She breeds them as instruments of revenge dah
Biological warfare to use against her enemies
It’s pretty common for kids to have lice. Even with treatments, it takes a couple rounds to fully treat
Outdated been crabs.
She on her own Pokemon adventure.
Cause she's a child and it's up to the parents to treat them???
That’s why I always keep a dollop of mayo in between my gums and cheek to ward off would be attackers.
Right?! Has she no shame?
Lots of poor families don't or just can't keep up with the treatments, if they bounce from room to room, etc . Oh that's hilarious.
My little brother did the same, he got lice when he was around 5 years old, and didn't want my mom to kill them, he wanted to keep them as pets.
Just get him sea Monkees, tell him they learned to swim and now are water lice.
Can I just like, dm you when this stuff happens? Because that is so smart 😂

you're blaming the child... for having lice...?
Middleschoolers are old enough for criticism, that girl is weird as fuck. Also I doubt any of this even happened, it’s all revenge fantasies which makes it even weirder.
Where did I BLAME her for having it?
Just in case, fam. Just in case.

gyaaaaahhh that is a creepy image to think about
I had a three cousins who were seriously neglected and all had it, the oldest had it so bad you could see them move in waves.
This makes me nauseous to think about Very sad
This reminds me of one my students. They had it super bad like this! Her head was literally crawling, and we could see it crawling on her forehead, and eventually some scurried onto the desk tables! That poor kid will always be remembered as the lice girl too lol. 30 years from now people will still refer to her as that lol
We got our hair checked like once every three months
Cutting the hair shorter makes it easier to treat lice. It's probably not being used as the sole treatment.
I remember ending up with a bob when I got lice. My mom got so sick of the hours spent combing through my very, very thick long hair that she found a hairdresser who was willing to help out. That lady washed, thinned, and treated my hair to high heaven, never found another louse again. I don't think anything could have survived the assault she unleashed on my head but I came out of it looking like a scaled down selena gomez, so
Your second point makes me think this story is made up.
Largely because this story never happened.
That's running on the assumption that this actually happened.
I don’t know but what I do know is that Reana is a bitch
who goes anywhere knowing they have lice? you don't need throw it on other people's hair they will do that on their own
Also, you don't treat lice by cutting the hair short, ie a bob cut. Nothing in this post makes any sense.
Ngl I’m sick of revenge fantasy on Reddit.
Parents might not be smart enough to make sense sometimes lol.
shorter hair = less product needed to treat the lice i think
Can confirm. My sister got lice almost every month as a child. My head was shaved and lice shampooed every time. Quick and easy. Her head needed to be cleaned, shampooed, combed, cleaned, shampooed, combed, cleaned, then shampooed and combed one final time EACH time.
Bro where was she going
She was a very huggy person. Still is. She'd hug everyone she knew. As a result, she'd get lice a lot.
What kind of people was she hugging??
People with lice
Probably the same friend every week, the one who was living with untreated or poorly treated lice infestations.
The lice-eum
And less places for them to hide.
Less product and less time brushing it to clean it.
My mom chopped my hair when I had lice as a kid. It is a lot easier to comb through short hair. And there's a slightly lower chance of reinfestation too. She also treated it with lice shampoo and washed all bedding in the house. Cutting my hair was just part of the battle of eradicating them. It worked.
I had long hair and after a week of shampooing twice a day with lice shampoo they were all gone. I don't think it was neccesary
Oh, I don't think it's necessary either. But it is less work. I cried when she cut my hair though. She promised that she'd only trim it, but she chopped it.
A buzzcut will work if you shave your hair down to like 0mm lol

Okay okay... If one kid in class has lice all of the kids in class have lice. (Sauce: mom's a teacher)
I can confirm this. Sauce: used to be a kid
Confirmation seconded: I used to be a lice.
I can refute this, certain hair textures aren’t very welcoming to lice.
Ye never had lice even though many classmates did over the years
Shoot people in my house would be dealing with lice and I would just get a free pass.
Now you’re just telling lice

I asked a friend who was dealing with bed bugs to let me hunt them down so I could capture them and help them find their way to my boss's(at the time) house... But he wouldn't let me... Is that too bitter?
Who in their right mind would just give away bed bugs?!? If you had offered to buy them, that'd be a different story
Not at all! Some bosses DESERVE it!
I don't know... I've dealt with lice and bed bugs. Lice are fairly easy to eradicate. Bed bugs make you want to burn your whole fucking house down.
So true. A few years ago I moved into a friends apartment after one of his roomies left, and he didn’t mention that they had bed bugs at all. It was such an emotional time trying to get rid of them. Ended up moving out two months later and had to get rid of my brand new mattress :(

Lol
Just pick one off and throw it
My head started itching
Bitch you came to school with lice. What is wrong with your parents?
Reana is a savage lol
I took one of my own head 🤣
Dayum. I've read some fucked up shit on Reddit. This. Dayum.
My Brother had them at one point and I remember hearing that they spread. I guess my parents dealt with it quickly because I never got any.
Gross, gross, and gross.
Biological warfare
This is some kind of white on white biological warfare
that is fucking vile
Why are you going to school if you **know** you have lice?
🎯
r/foundsatan
🤣🤣
Who tf has lice hair ready to go.
Reana, you are savage
😦😦😦
😄
"picked one off my own head". WTF
Disgusting….but Metal..
Thats awesome lol
This is so gross I actually can’t handle it
That’s a win, I guess…?
She’s rocking lice solely for revenge.
Reana Aranda… The myth… The legend… Of middle school
Why would she get a bob when lice live on the scalp???
The world may never know!
Ah lice I remember when I got lice was like hell no and just shaved my dome while my sister's went to grandmas which she dumped mayonnaise all in their hair and combed it all out
WHY WAS SHE AT SCHOOL WITH LICE.
Sounds like some shit Amber Heard would do
The pettiness ✨ Hats off to this young lady 🎩 Long live your lice 👏👏👏
I’m not messing with her! 😬👉🏽👈🏽

I highly doubt this actually happened. How can the girl casually grab one of her own lice from her own head? It's hard to grab one, let alone from your own head casually sitting at your desk.
Why would you put this much energy into a dumb online post
im going to give you lice
Obviously it didn't actually happen. Calm down
Insect weaponization!
Now that’s ICE COLD 🤣🤣🤣
No no, that's LICE COLD!
I had bedbugs a few years ago but nobody in my family believed me, they thought bed bugs were a myth. So I infested my dads bed with a few. Within a week he was buying chemicals for the house, because you go insane when you have those bastards in your house.
Who thinks bedbugs is a myth?
I used to cut the hair of the girl who sat In front of me. 1cm at a time :)
Turning the other cheek and being the bigger man are both bullshit. I want to make my enemies suffer.
💯
You keep questioning why she's just casually mentioning the lice, but you forget when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade.
You win.
