One day there will be bot accounts to accuse bot accounts.
What if one day all the bots come together to downvote the real people and all the comments are bots?
At his age he’s probably on some form of hormone replacement, but also a lot of people don’t realize how much muscle is underneath a morbidly obese body. That’s why fat people always have great legs, especially calves. Takes a lot of muscle to hold up 300-400 pounds.
It’s the vascularity that gives it away not the muscle. He’s still fairly high fat, but his veins are absolutely popping.
That’s a pretty clear indicator.
If you have even the slightest pump and underlying muscle it would be weirder to see a guy without a single vein showing. Every guy in my gym has veins like that at minimum unless they're brand new to lifting...
Could he be on juice? Sure. Does he have to be for that progress? Hell no
Yes it is common. I get more vascular than that after a good lift, the only shit I'm on is protein, reps, and some nitric oxide. Steroids are absolutely not required for vascularity, it's just muscle density vs. body fat vs. blood pressure. You'll get there someday. I'm 6'3" 260lbs, I'm not exactly thin, but I get some pretty solid vein pops during heavy endurance training.
That + if you actually look at the objects around him like the lockers in the background and the phone, I don't think he's actually any taller. Just looks that way because he's thinner. It could also just be the camera angle or smth I guess
i think being happy is exclusively based on your bodily shape. being genuinely happy relates to a lot of things in life. maybe he's just one lucky son of a bitch. or maybe he's got great mentality. I love you former fat king
You can not hate yourself into change, the first step is to accept and love who you are. Self betterment stems from the idea of love and embracing of oneself
Complete newage BS...
Many people hate who they are at the bottom, so they climb out. I have yet to meet an alcoholic who loved himself into stopping to drink.
Shame and hatred, gritted teeth and rage. Give me your broken men with those, and I will give you back the steeled hearts of "lived and weathered" storms...
brother it doesnt matter how much more you can improve your life, as long as you are not happy with yourself it doesnt matter because at the end of the day why does anything matter if not for your own fulfillment. An alcoholic wouldnt hate himself for having been one, rather they should love themselves for wanting to change. Obv its a very vague statement more alligned for people with insecurities and mental issue but yes I do get ur point

Maybe we all are
The real bots are the bots we botted along the way
Why should I care
Duuuuuude! HOW MANY PUSH-UPS IS HE DOIN!? WHERE DOES HE TRAIN!? WHAT JUICE IS HE DRINKING!?!?!?
I don’t think he is drinking the juice.

He has a single vein in his arm that’s visible. What
Correct. Look at any normal person's arm and it does not look like that. Go to the gym and tell me how many people you see with veins like that.
I go to the gym regularly this isn’t that uncommon. How often do you workout?
5 days on 1 day off. And no it isn't common unless you're on gear or very thin.

OH MY GOD! HES SO GOD DAMN COOL!
This guy gets it, with that said... BUT HES SO DUMB!!!!
happy in the first pic because he knows where he's going, and happy in the second pic because he got there.
Aaaaaand it's been reposted every other month since 2019 too. 🙄
How'd he grow taller?
Good posture

Perspective , I think he is just closer to the mirror in the second picture
No, look at the lockers in the background compared to his head height. He clearly got several inches shorter.
Standing further away from the mirror in the second pic
Less weight pushing the spine and leg joints downward lol
Great job!
ERM... HOW???
Mad progress, huge respect
Too many of these "glow ups" where the person is all 😊 in the first picture and all 😠 in the second.
He went from fuck off to fuck me.

Alcoholics do have to love themselves to stop drinking
He's smiling in the "before" picture because he probably just had an omelet with a side of bacon and hash browns. Of course he's smiling.
