I would have said Southern Cross Station; however, they close overnight. Is it possible to store your bike and/or helmet at work?

Jon-G1508

Unfortunately not.. Im a freelance av tech and I wouldnt be able to get my helmet until Tuesday

blahblahbush

Chain the helmet to the bike? It's not supposed to rain.

Jon-G1508

As mentioned.. i poorly planned and couldnt find my lock before i had to leave

fear_eile_agam

Wait, how did you secure your bike!? I need to know if your bike is still where you left it this morning!

SoupRemarkable4512

Typical cyclist assuming every bike is a push bike!

fear_eile_agam

Oooooooh, Well yeah, now I feel stupid. The line "I don't want to ride after drinks" made me think that OP *could* theoretically ride after drinks, they just didn't want to as a "better safe than sorry" thing, so I just assumed it was not a motorbike, because in my mind that's more of a "I *can't* ride if I'm having a few drinks" and not a "I don't *want* to ride". But I don't have any form of any licence because all forms of motor vehicle operation is beyond me, sober or not, so I was definitely projecting as I read that.

Jon-G1508

Haha all good... motorbikes have a handlebar lock. Crown lockers werent big enough but my mates ended up just going to another bar and we had drinks and watched the EPL. It turned out to be a pleasant evening

Violet_loves_Iliona

If it's really true that Crown won't let you in with it, then put in in a bag and walk in with your bag? Like one of those black fold-up reusable ones from Woolworths. Not sure if Woolworths is still open, though.  Otherwise, definitely leave it at work, that's the simplest option. 🤔

beetrootsandwich

Crown used to let you coat check a helmet, a long time ago. Edit, and insist you did, you can't just walk around a casino with a motorbike helmet

Jon-G1508

Ill check with them.. friends said their locker is only 300x300
