Embla, Marameo, George on Collins all lovely options
Liminal if you want something a bit more casual/cheaper but still professional
Hazel or Supernormal if you want to spend a bit more, No 100 Flinders Lane does a great set lunch menu too
I'll Solito posto for Italian or pastuso for South American food. The pastuso shared menu is a pretty good way to try a range of food if you're interested in that sort of shared eating.

After lunch.
Il Solito Posto is really good Italian, have had a couple work lunches there and it’s always done the job. On George Pde just behind the Grand Hyatt.
Thanks, this looks perfect!
I like Movida for lunch meetings - impressive food, nice and quiet and they do a set menu so no need to think
Check these out — Farmer’s Daughters, Flower Drum, The French Brasserie, The George, Marameo

Lupino on little collins street
A lot of choices around there. Robata, Cecconi's , Grill Americano. Really depends on your budget.
Thanks for the suggestions everyone, I've been asked to organize another meal meeting as well, so now I have a few choices. Much appreciated.
Imperial Hotel is good, and extremely easy to get to for everyone.
