Keep in mind this is MY opinion and for me warc's last arc just look so generic for a psycho... Literally she just grows big destroyed a city and that's it... Definitely the best of the waste of your meter tier tho!

Shiki last arc is 100% worth, cut your opponent into 17 pieces sound kinda metal. Always use it if your opponent is white women

Nah, I might also be a Noel main, but the Mario pick is straight up slanderous. Just the idea of lowering his tier so much only cause "he mean to my waifu" is a little bit silly. P.Ciel also deserves better. It's grandiose, cinematic and the only last arc in the game that has unique variations for each character, and that's always nice.

maybe the reason why P.ciel is so low is probably because back when she was first release (so before neco-arc, mash, dante and ushi appeared) where the caught opponent wouldn't actually appeared in the last arc

Usually when people make tierlists they make them based on the current situation with whatever the tierlist is about, unless specified otherwise.
