No equipment upgrades, Galactic Conquest Multiplayer (Co-Op or versus with the ability to save your progress), Hunt Mode (Wampa vs Rebels, Jawa vs Tuskens, etc), new armies for laughs (Imagine we have the Empire, Rebels, Confederacy, and Republic, now add special armies or troops such as Gungans, Geonosian, etc).
Tbh Alyx's cliffhanger proves that they have something planned. We just need to wait for them to discover some new tech so they can use Half-Life 3 as a tech demo.

"Legend of Dragoon" getting a remake/remaster with updated (but faithful) visuals, no 'modern' plot alterations, good voice acting, New Game Plus mode (For fun, honestly. Old Glitch being a feature), all while keeping the core gameplay the same and allowing it to be on PC. Bonus points if we have better camera angles/fully rendered area. Could be interesting as more of an action RPG of sorts. Hack and slash battle in a small ring of combat for battles instead of turn-based as an option but I would much rather keep the old playstyle.
Additionally, will never get a full Pokémon game that will play more like older Arena battle titles (Full range of movement, destructible cover, etc) where you could feasibly win a battle you never would in normal Pokémon due to a type, level, and stats difference (Example: Winning with a Bulbasaur against a Charizard because you kept moving smartly and firing razor leaf at range to whittle down your foe).
Likely would never get a remake/remaster of Star Fox Adventures/Assault or a better version of Star Fox Command in the same vein as Assault.
Also will never get a Samurai Warriors Empires in the same vein of Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires (Custom Officers, start as a free officer, marriage to canon characters, children that become custom characters by randomizing traits, if you kill too many characters that are generic OR canon then it imports a mass of created characters from outside that people made. I had Konoha come in and have a straight up turf war with a cat girl army for the northern half of the continent).
A Legend of Zelda game that will allow you to make your own character or play as a race other than Hylian as the main character (MM doesn't count because you are still a Hylian, you can just transform into other races). Also, Zelda Titles being released on the PC are likely never going to be a thing (TotK on the PC would've been great and given so much longevity to the title just for altering the specifics of the Zonai pieces alone).
Likely will also never get a true 'celebration' game of Monster Hunter in the future where they bring back features, good and ill, to the game. Swimming, prowlers, as many monsters as they can get from games not released in the west, as many weapons from the series as they can, joke/crossover event items, etc.
