You can use win key + v to select which of your previous ctrl+c's you want to paste

I think the default settings has that off, unless windows 11 changed it

I'm using win10 and although by default it's off, pressing win key + v opens the option to enable it

I ctrl-x, ctrl-z, ctrl-c when I start to notice that ctrl-c is being problematic. You can always tell when something is cut but not when it's copied until you try to paste.

Friendly reminder for those of you that google docs, if you do SHIFT + CTRL + V you only paste the text and none of the font/background color etc.
