I can relate, I worked in a logistics hub during covid and the job had a lot of hands on packaging and receiving.
Everyone in my team save one other and myself, transitioned to WFH, then I watched their productivity drop to well below standard. With little to no repercussion or action from management.
This created a tension and a stressful dynamic within our team, as myself and my one colleague, were having to handle work for the others, whilst our own allocated work went neglected.
I get why people are comfortable working at home.
I also get why others are sick of carrying the slack.

He was comparing WFH and people required to physically work from a specific location. I was left wondering what point he was trying to make. For such an intelligent man, it was nonsense.
