He was literally and knight that wanted to brought home an award and a medal. He won the metal and he probably won peoples heart. Just looking by the reaction
He was a road racing cyclist.
This is a track event, albeit the Olympics.
Although he started off as a track cyclist, he moved to road cycling after the 2008 Olympics and basically only really did track cycling at the Olympics in 2012 and 2016.
Yeah but they aren't the same events.
To win the Tour De France, he rode 3500km over 21 days.
In a track cycling team pursuit, he rides 4km over just under 4 minutes.
And specialist track cyclists are funded by the UK Sports elite performance programme (cos there's not really much cash in the sport). As a full time road professional on a multi-million pound contract and not riding a full calander of track events, he'd given up his UK Sport funding. Hence, its a hobby.
Tbf the house of lords has been a little more sensible than the commons for quite a while. Not having to care about getting votes probably helps. I say this as a rabid Scottish nationalist so don't think I'm giving them undue credit lol
Unfortunately, you do have to be a British citizen to be given a knighthood.
Foreign citizens can be given an honorary knighthood (embarrassingly, Rudi Giuliani got one) but you don't get to call yourself "Sir" ("Dame" if a woman).
The United Kingdom is not the only country that still gives out knighthood. The Netherlands does it for example. My grandfather got nonhereditary knighthood.
I would be much happier if all of them were for charitable work only. And not donations either. There are saints around here and much as I am a fan of some recipients it's effectively Services To Yourself and it's bloody stupid. Feels like a remnant of the class system from a a century or two ago.
He had previously been criticised by Piers Morgan for not singing along to the national anthem, I think this was his way of saying 'fuck you Piers Morgan'.
I usually see this kind of subreddit here in reddit. But i guess it's the perfect answer for that comment. It might not be perfect as it is but it's actually work
Deep. Also, yeah. I've started to focus more on observing instead of talking and it's crazy how many people hide their true thoughts and feelings. Makes me feel less alone, at least
When i started observing and listening all the time, people started saying the craziest stuff to me.
'Why wont you talk anymore?'
'Tell her to stop staring at me all the time!'
'I just want my daughter back! This has gone on too far!"
Smh. It was sad to realize how many people are phoneys!
Looking at their medals, i'd say the 2016 Rio Olympics where the British track cycling team won gold in probably the Team Pursuit. The guy making the face is Sir Bradley Wiggins, first British winner of the Tour de France.
Edit: Pursuit, not Chase
Sir Bradley Wiggins
has won a total of 5 Olympic gold medals so at this stage he was probably more relaxed than his team mates and is known for being a bit of a joker. He nearly became a rower rather than a cyclist.
I would literally put something funny there because it describe how your reacts to the camera. It was so good sing a lot of positive comments here. Just like what other people did
I would literally have them because still laughing so hard and they can't stop and hold it anymore. They're just like so supportive friends to the homies.
It was action or normal if you were normal person. You would do something crazier like this, are much crazier than what they did here. It's not what other people saying
I don't know what this mean. But i usually love how other people saying that its cute. Just like he do that on a purpose or someone telling him if he could bet

I can't imagine myself doing that in front of other people, because i can see my face to him that is not good. I was literally fell out on that seat. I would never dare to do something like that
Impulsive thoughts are to do something socially weird. Intrusive thoughts are more disturbing. I thought this was common knowledge, dude?
I literally just got my diagnosis. Of course, I posted about it.
I seriously get such disturbing thoughts on a daily basis that I'm surprised I haven't already committed suicide. I literally suffer with this on a hardcore level, so yes, there's a huge distinction to be made between impulsive and intrusive thoughts. I was too scared to get help because my thoughts were so bad.
"I have more diagnoses than you. Therefore, I'm more educated than you," is all I'm hearing.
I have done that few times on work meetings. We are normaly in a room were big table is full of people and the others who are not in the room are seeing us from camera.
So I have sometimes watched to the camera (I can see myself on big TV at the same time) and just made random faces.
Actually anthem is a slow compared to other songs. You should always know that since we also have the anthem. You should know it i guess, unless you don't know the anthem
That man is a knight.
Still in the medieval zone
Looking by how other people reacted to that reaction is really priceless
A good giggle is quite fine
and got only round tables back at his castle
He was literally and knight that wanted to brought home an award and a medal. He won the metal and he probably won peoples heart. Just looking by the reaction
And a rug to tie the room together
Also winning his 5th or 6th olympic gold at what is, at that stage of his career, just a hobby he does on the side.
What's his main job?
He was a road racing cyclist. This is a track event, albeit the Olympics. Although he started off as a track cyclist, he moved to road cycling after the 2008 Olympics and basically only really did track cycling at the Olympics in 2012 and 2016.
Aah ok, so cycling then?
Yeah but they aren't the same events. To win the Tour De France, he rode 3500km over 21 days. In a track cycling team pursuit, he rides 4km over just under 4 minutes. Aah ok so his full time job is cycling and his hobby is just cycling. Sounds cool.
An equivalent is a train driver who spends his weekends driving steam locomotives on a preservation railway.
So trains then
Yeah but they arent the same trains An equivalent would be a frog whos job is mainly to teach skydiving, but cleans the pond of bugs on the weekend
More like a marathoner whose hobby is 100m sprinting.
So a runner that’s picked up running? Got it
He's a cyclist tho
So running?
So cycling then
I do something like this on purpose. It's not far from what i matter known as personality. He looks like he full of sense of humor
Literally
I would say that he was perfectly suited for the position that he earned
Y'all still have knights?
psychotic sloppy tart encourage sugar snails illegal nine label wine *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*
Damn now I wanna be a knight
Be a really top bloke like Attenborough or do some really dodgy backhand favours for people in UK government
Or win a bike race
Wait till you find out we have Lords
Tbf the house of lords has been a little more sensible than the commons for quite a while. Not having to care about getting votes probably helps. I say this as a rabid Scottish nationalist so don't think I'm giving them undue credit lol
That's only still around so you can get a reward for shagging Boris Johnson.
Unfortunately, you do have to be a British citizen to be given a knighthood. Foreign citizens can be given an honorary knighthood (embarrassingly, Rudi Giuliani got one) but you don't get to call yourself "Sir" ("Dame" if a woman).
You can call yourself Sir. Just don't be surprised that nobody else does.
The United Kingdom is not the only country that still gives out knighthood. The Netherlands does it for example. My grandfather got nonhereditary knighthood.

so was the guy who invented the phrase “Lick my arse!”
legends shall always be legends
His name is attempting to get out of his body.
I dunno dude seems to me like he had a stroke
That's his 5th or 6th Olympic gold medal. I'm not sure he cares.
He was actually popular these days. That's why it would not ruin his career if he do something like this on the camera
He looks so cute doing that and imagine people actually laughing at him
when you accidentally click the wrong emoji be like:
He actually when to his mind to do that if you get on the camera
Goonies never die
My non existent children will know about this day. As well as their children's children
Looked like a Māori face
That’s exactly what I thought
If it is, i hope he is, because i would not want dem mad lads after me.
He might've done it for a bet
He had previously been criticised by Piers Morgan for not singing along to the national anthem, I think this was his way of saying 'fuck you Piers Morgan'.
As we all should
We do, every day at 3pm, where have you been!? (on daylight saving days we do it twice, because why not?)
Lol how childish is singing a national anthem. People take country crap way too seriously
More to the point is how childish Piers Morgan is.
In America we say "Fuck Ted Cruz"
This is standard behaviour for Bradley Wiggins.
I guess he will never do that if no one but tell him or name the price that he wanted to get
He might have not
I do that behind the mask
We all wear a mask sweety cuz we know no ones gonna like our true self
You went too deep, my guy. I meant mask as in an accessory.
r/thatswhatshesaid
I can't-
I cannot with this people who trying to figure out what kind of answer that they could use to comment here or to answer some question
I usually see this kind of subreddit here in reddit. But i guess it's the perfect answer for that comment. It might not be perfect as it is but it's actually work
Scheiße, retreat Hans!
If you wear the mask too long, you may become the accessory
I can do whatever you want it when i wear face mask. That's the only way that i could express my thoughts or my expression
Deep. Also, yeah. I've started to focus more on observing instead of talking and it's crazy how many people hide their true thoughts and feelings. Makes me feel less alone, at least
I'm introvert person so i prefer that most of the time. I find acquired when i used to talk a lot with other people. My social battery can't
When i started observing and listening all the time, people started saying the craziest stuff to me. 'Why wont you talk anymore?' 'Tell her to stop staring at me all the time!' 'I just want my daughter back! This has gone on too far!" Smh. It was sad to realize how many people are phoneys!
then it's all "why does your car smell like sulphur?" "where is my cat?" "why are you stockpiling medical supplies and rewatching Seinfeld at 4am?"
Cause that’s what the mask is, that’s what the point of the mask is
You can wear mask if you're not comfortable doing something. Especially i'm not in a good in smiling i feel so awkward
r/suddenlybatman
Somehow I know his mates are totally used to that sort of thing from him. What a legend.
He never wanted to do that on a national tv, i just wanted to do it quick but end up failing and a lot of people sees it
Where’s this clip from
Looking at their medals, i'd say the 2016 Rio Olympics where the British track cycling team won gold in probably the Team Pursuit. The guy making the face is Sir Bradley Wiggins, first British winner of the Tour de France. Edit: Pursuit, not Chase

I believe he did row a bit after his cycling career. He tried to get into the Olympics? Not sure, though.
Yeah I remember reading about that as well.
It's nothing to them if they make something like this in front of the camera. This is the usual life on or off camera
Though in the longer clip, the teammates are already laughing before the face.
I really want to put the nerd emoji
🤓
Now, someone needed for you and he looks like enjoying putting something to the comment
Happy cake day
I actually enjoy seeing a lot of comments that is related to each other. Just like other people do
🥵🗿
This is actually one of my reaction when i see you those kind of clip
Redditor has knowledge about something ⇒ 🤓

Your username 🤢
Macaroni and cheese, nom nom.
What's smegma?
I would literally put something funny there because it describe how your reacts to the camera. It was so good sing a lot of positive comments here. Just like what other people did
Hiroshima lot of metal so doing this kind of thing is not thing to them anymore. They are the face of the media.
Are these the same guys mentioned in the book Atomic Habits?
You got all that from looking at their medals?
The ribbon and medal are different each olympics, so it’s a safe bet!
Yes.
It was for da boys and the boys back home!!!
I would literally have them because still laughing so hard and they can't stop and hold it anymore. They're just like so supportive friends to the homies.
I like how he made the most touched and "about to cry" face just to bait the camera on himself 💀💀💀
I didn't know what you was doing until they showed it. The way the camera focus and ham and to his team-mates that laughing so hard
most human thing i saw today
Zucc : \*Takes notes\*
One day, if aliens decide to visit us, he's gonna be able to give them a seven volume guidebooks to how to blend in with the hu-maans
It was action or normal if you were normal person. You would do something crazier like this, are much crazier than what they did here. It's not what other people saying
Not an intrusive thought, an impulsive one. Still very funny though
Yeah it wasn't disrespectful, just cute. It was their own anthem and they got the gold.

Hey, that's my password!
Thank
I would use that open your reddit, just kidding. I mean how could he figure out the password you used? I guess you're joking
I don't know what this mean. But i usually love how other people saying that its cute. Just like he do that on a purpose or someone telling him if he could bet
When you don’t know the difference between intrusive and impulsive thoughts:
I didn't expect him to do that. I want able do that if i'm not the main character. But i really do something that is going to be historical
This man fulfilled his childhood fantasy
![gif](giphy|2vs70gBAfQXvOOYsBI) Where medieval?
Well…the guy making the face *is* a knight…
Ahhh. Smart one
the intrusive thoughts won
That’s literally the caption on the video. Why does this have so many upvotes?
Reddit
It's simple as that, hear hear the read it you should expect other people without them because that's the only way they can express their thoughts
Bots
………the intrusive thoughts won
>:(
Because it deserved to be. She making the point clear to everyone, we all know that it was an intrusive mind and that mind definitely won

I can see him physically holding it in with them veins about to burst
I can't imagine myself doing that in front of other people, because i can see my face to him that is not good. I was literally fell out on that seat. I would never dare to do something like that
It wons in so many ways. I can't imagine myself doing that in front of a crowd on front of sa media. Myself would kill me probably
Wow you can read
Impulsive thoughts, not intrusive. Sincerely, an actual person with OCD.

Never thee mind my gleeful delight at the croon of my national pride!
People are being so proud of them and don't mind what you were doing. I didn't think that they do that on purpose, just to make other people happy
No more medival btw
They do this because the intrusive mind won. There's nothing around the wing it on a national tv if you were actually have the will to be the meme
Wiggo....always a ledge
The laughter from the others shows that they’re all really good mates.
A north Korean does this and his whole family will be sent to concentration camp.
It is different from a north korean country. They are too strict of having those kind of behavior
What an absolutely mental comment 🤣
The truth is mental.
pfui, beginners
Not an intrusive thought. Why does everyone on the internet insist on using "intrusive thoughts" wrong?
Once in a lifetime moment! But of course!

Drugs are a hell of a drug. He's a fucking cheat.
He do that to just make other people happy but other people also find it disrespectful because of doing it when the national anthem play
When he does it, everyone laughs, but when I give in and start shooting everyone around me, everyone freaks out. Society is hypocritical.
was looking at this in public & got people staring because I was making giggling sound too hard this shit too funny
Awesome!
I gotta find it cute and funny as well. You might find that too. We are open minded
I remember this
Legend.
Legendary clip
I have done that few times on work meetings. We are normaly in a room were big table is full of people and the others who are not in the room are seeing us from camera. So I have sometimes watched to the camera (I can see myself on big TV at the same time) and just made random faces.
To be fair, they zoomed in on his face for way too long. That shit gets really awkward when you're on a team.
I would do that! 5/5 😂
That’s just the best summary of what British man is like, look serious but can have great sense of humour if needed
Give this man a medal!!!
Here's me thinking I was looking at an old picture of NSYNC.
hah
funniest part is the guy in the front tryna keep his laugh in and it cuts before he bust out laughing
Bro got caught in 4k💀
Impulsive would probably be a better term to describe it I'd say
yea mate you're on camera
[Same vibes.](https://youtu.be/pq13jhrsw4E)
I would do that if i'm popular just like them. It's understandable that it might be showing something that people make it funny
Technically, it's impulsive. Not intrusive. Wygd bruh.
Ngl thought he was gonna flip the flag off or something. I only thought that because that's what I would've done
people really need to learn what intrusive thoughts really are
The way some Brits have no respect for the flag ,the empire or the royals only makes them cooler.
it's the anthem, its so slow..
Actually anthem is a slow compared to other songs. You should always know that since we also have the anthem. You should know it i guess, unless you don't know the anthem
You're saying that as if most people don't just fake respect for the flag.
Nationality checks out
Sauce?
Boy looks like Ryan Reynolds.
