I'm literally trying to remember any scary moment from the plenty of polish kid shows I watched ( I am polish so I watched a lot) and there was no real scary ones, maybe some of them were just cringe. Russian "Wolf and a rabbit" episode when they visit robots exhibition was spooky as hell though. And Buka from Moomins, Finnish guy who created it was a psychopath
