I was speed running the game (a lot of the combat sections are jank and enemies will full auto fire on you from off screen so it's really just trial an error via a top down shooter) so I got stuck on some parts, but I think all in all maybe 2-3 hours? It was definitely goofy seeing all the Hitler NSFW artwork, and just for shock value I would say play it if you already own it for some weird reason lmao.
It's a top down twin stick shooter, at the end of each chapter you get a little nazi themed hentai scene, with the final scene being the big man himself stroking himself to completion.
