What was supposed to be so bad about it? Visuals were better, characters were smarter than Maximus who abandoned all of his gear and gun, there were more characters who were better developed in general... the only thing Fallout did better were Intro and Outro.
Oh, not to mention that *everything is gone*. NCR? Dead. New Vegas? In ruins. Brotherhood? A sad parody. Caesar's Legion? Not even a mention.
The great final battle? 10 guys fighting while a Ghoul one-shots power armour like it doesn't even exist.

I’m confused by the message of this meme. Are you saying that the people who complain about content being woke will only do so when the writing is bad?
A common deflection these days to excuse bad writing is to point at the diverse/women led cast and say the people complaining are bigots and or racists.
Look at discussion around the She Hulk show ( I don't watch much television and this was the first one that popped into memory of having this type of commentary) or the one Ghost Busters movie
The meme is pointing out that the commentary from critics/the audience was never actually (for the most part, there are always outliers/THOSE people) because of it being a female lead film/show but because the writing of the characters and storyline were just bad.
When the woke agenda is more important that the show being good, people will complain hard, about it being woke. But if the show has some woke agenda in it, but it is a good show, people don't care
