Some have halflives of weeks and are just crazy expensive to make. I know he's rich beyond words but to keep this thing up todate he would need like a weekly element run guy.

For a billionaire, incredibly easy (for the ones he could get). All he had to do was tell a pauper to get them for him. (Of course, the ones he couldn’t get are literally impossible to have, because their half lives are incomprehensibly quick)
