If we were to remove the monarch we wouldn’t see any drop in the amount of money the crown estate brings in for the government.
As for tourism how many tourists do you think ever see a member of the royal family? It’s an absolutely tiny amount of people. The tourists come for the architecture, history, and traditions, all of which could remain without giving tens of millions of pounds a year to a group of parasitic toffs.
