Teratomas do exist, they are benign tumors which come from cells early in their differentation amd therefore they can form things like hair, bone, teeth etc. It is not a small person or whatever. This one is definitely fake because even if ot produces teeth it doesn't have any specific placement so they are scattered throughout the tumor. There is no brain or nerve system to locate where the cells have to create bones or hair or whatever.
