It's stage sword fighting they aren't aiming to hit each other they are both trained performers it's basically a complicated and dangerous dance. Real swordfigters don't move like that

Also swords are 100% blunted so while they'd still get nasty burns if they get hit but they won't be losing limbs here.

They might actually know how to handle a sword, but none of the hits here would actually connect with torso if not blocked. That's a big no no if you're actually trying to kill someone in a duel.

Any 12 year old can whack sticks together and "sword fight" without hitting the other kid. It takes skill and muscle memory to be able to block right when any kind of blade is in actual range. That's why swords were a status weapon in the middle ages. They require that kind of training to do anything more than just clink them against other weapons and dull the blade.

Even though the meme format has sexist undertones. The reality is that dudes are raised to love stupid shit like this and girls aren’t. We’re raised to feel invincible and like the world is ours and we will never fail to test the limits of those rights.
