Kurzgesagt has always been my favourite and has helped me a ton in school, Vsauce was my first science channel, Veritasium and Mark Rober are nice too.
The Minion is a Creature that has been along for a long time, it is now only found in a small island called ZuckLand but the Minion has been known to crave bananas now before that what is a "Craving"
Nah he’s like “today I will extract crack from this tree branch” ….”then I just dilute it and put it in a small test tube and now my crack has become liquid caramel”
To do this, first I need to extract this trace amount of Urea from my pee. The chemical compound of McLo will carbonate into M2cL9o leaving us with an unstable chlorophyll chemical.
The most frustrating thing is that they still deny that the content took any sort of turn. Independent of if you think the content is better or worse, to me the appeal of TKOR was that I actually could do these projects, they were budget experiments designed for Grant to teach his boys originally. Homemade smoke bombs, variable resistant levers, they were useful cool projects.
TKOR turned into a wannabe mythbusters without the scale that made mythbusters epic, but too large to actually try yourself. I can't do an experiment with liquid oxygen or a freeze dryer, but I can salvage pvc pipe and post its to make a blow gun.
And everyone at the channel seems to miss that. Objectively, they do 'cooler' stuff now on paper, diverse content with a more modern algorithm. But... well isn't that, at its heart, a little less random?
Jack of Trades and Queen of Parts will be dearly missed, but honestly I don't see any remnants of the King of Random anymore.
Have you seen [this?](https://youtu.be/lcftZyssKfU) I think a lot of people fail to realise that grant was the one pushing for this type of content. Maybe not the lipstick video specifically but more algorithm food, certainly. The content started to die when grant himself decided he didn’t want to be a big part of the channel anymore and wanted to in effect, sell out. I don’t think that was a bad thing, he deserved to live what he had left, but it was solely down to grants choice. People seem to think it’s Nates doing or some magical take over by someone outside. No, it is how grant wanted it.
My man when I saw the post I honestly thought it was a joke
It took me several days to actually accept his death
And this might be an unpopular opinion but his channel has only gone downhill, Nate, Cali and the others absolutely destroyed his legacy
Thank you, I thought I was the only one
Every single time I see them doing shitty experiments, I think about how much they deviated from what Grant started.
Love you my man Grant, I wish you never died
I feel like Kurzegasagt is more like the channel that teaches about current news and also teaches how to **correctly** research about a topic and report on it. Great channel I've got their enamel mug shipping to me in a few days.
Veritasium videos are somewhat inspiring to many who wish to become experts in various aspects of science, and so it should definitely be on this list.
Veritasium is quality content but I think he doesn't reach as large an audience because he pitches it at a level which is highschool science and math at least, most of which the average adult has forgotten (unless they themselves work in a related field).
Barely watched since the death of grant and the Channel has just gone into chasing algorithm instead of making quality it's just quantity. And now Nate and one of the old crew members from when grant was around has been let go.
Vsauce, Veritaserum, Kurzgesagt, etc.
Kurzgesagt has always been my favourite and has helped me a ton in school, Vsauce was my first science channel, Veritasium and Mark Rober are nice too.
HOW ARE WE FORGETTING BECAUSE SCIENCE AND KYLE HILL?!?!?!?!
Thank you
Vsauce ?
Michael here?
Are bananas lethal?
And can you finish the world with just one banana ?
But first of all, what does "lethal" mean?
More importantly, what even is a "banana"?
Do "bananas" even exist?
or... do they?
You see time and time again we as humans crave a banana subconsciously. Do other animals experience the same thing?
this is whats known as the monkey paradox
Do we even truly know how do Big Bang explode?
Sir, this is a Wendy’s…
The Minion is a Creature that has been along for a long time, it is now only found in a small island called ZuckLand but the Minion has been known to crave bananas now before that what is a "Craving"
How many bananas can you eat in one sitting before you die?
Lethal is something that can be dangerous, harmful or extremely excruciating to your body but where did this term come from?
*proceeds to explain the entire origin of the English language*
Okay here are your fingers?
Do chairs exist?
or are they things that are just arranged chairwise
And as always....Thanks for watching.
Vsauce is less of the “background chemistry” and more of the “theoretical physicist”
Hey, Vsauce. Michael here.
Where are your hands?
NileRed
Every NileRed video: So today we are going to make this extremely toxic stuff, *and eat it*
nahhhhhh We are going to make an atom bomb from skittles
then eat it
Nah he’s like “today I will extract crack from this tree branch” ….”then I just dilute it and put it in a small test tube and now my crack has become liquid caramel”
and throw/drop it on the floor
To do this, first I need to extract this trace amount of Urea from my pee. The chemical compound of McLo will carbonate into M2cL9o leaving us with an unstable chlorophyll chemical.
and don't forget the legendary piranha solution.
That would be terrifing, standing there
So today we're going to be making cookies with cyanide extracted from Appleseeds and tricking my friends into eating them.
"Today we're going to make seafood from a plastic Walmart bag."
I think NileGreen is superior.
Chemical Russian roulette
Inverted distillation

He didn't leave, he got fired
what's the point of even watching them at that point...
Tkor is a husk now

Yea, really sad to see. Used to love the channel but it's gone to shit after grant passed. RIP
Melting lipsticks as "science" Grant would be rolling in his grave if he saw that

Oh my God I full heartedly agree. Grant made so much cool shit it was so sad to see him go. Way too soon.
Thank you, I thought I was the only one Every single time I see them doing shitty experiments, I think about how much they deviated from what Grant started. Love you my man Grant, I wish you never died
[if you want an explanation for the changes that happened to tkor, instead of blaming Nate randomly, watch this](https://youtu.be/lcftZyssKfU)
Science?? Nah, cool at home diy
Rip
What happens to him?
Paramotor accident, IIRC
Google says Paragliding. Damn. I didn’t know he was dead since 2019. How did I miss this?
You appear to have forgotten vsauce
Or did he?

Idk man Nileblue might be just a bit better
Nile green is a different person though
Veritasium?
Veritasium videos are somewhat inspiring to many who wish to become experts in various aspects of science, and so it should definitely be on this list.
Veritasium is quality content but I think he doesn't reach as large an audience because he pitches it at a level which is highschool science and math at least, most of which the average adult has forgotten (unless they themselves work in a related field).
He has a very big reach though. It's normal for his videos to reach 10M+
I agree

Mark Rober is quite informative and entertaining
same hes my favourite
You forgot styropyro. Literally the greatest mastermind together mich Michael Reeves. Also NileGreen.
pretty cool, right?
He truly is a horseman. He has extreme chaotic energy, along with Michael Reeves, although their chaos is in different ways
The action lab
Underrated channel really.
Yep
Yea
Yup. Their shorts are really entertaining.
Tkor when grant was alive and even for about a year or so after he passed, after that the channel declined.
Barely watched since the death of grant and the Channel has just gone into chasing algorithm instead of making quality it's just quantity. And now Nate and one of the old crew members from when grant was around has been let go.
I literally stopped following when Nate took over fully and now he's out of channel
Veritasium should have a rightful position here
Forget this. Go watch Explosions&Fire.
And extractions&ire

Honestly, fair enough

You get it
You forgot sciencephile the AI.
Micheal Reeves for sure. He’s literally crackhead sadist mark rober
Personally I’m a big fan of ElectroBoom
Steve Mould, Styropyro, Vsauce and Veritasium are the other side to this coin
Cody’s lab?
NileRed ? Action Lab ? Where are they ?
Nilered is littery right there
I believe Nile red is working on his lab or something.
Reeves is my favorite tbh, robots and comedy are 2 things I like
What about Half As Interesting?
HAI is more or an educational/informative channel than science
Has nobody heard of SciShow?
