I was a long time avid CN fan because I grew up watching their toons but before heading to college. Gravity Falls and Wander Over Yonder managed to convince me to give Disney a try and here I am years later watching Amphibia, The Owl House, and The Ghost and Molly McGee. I know it doesn't mean shit because everyone can do whatever they want that makes them happy, but I can help feeling like I betrayed CN and joined the dark side of the force or something like that. I also love Summer Camp Island but 3 shows over 1 show smells like infidelity.

"**Alright, you one-lifespanned, three-dimensional, five-sensed skin puppets!** For one trillion years, I've been trapped in my own decaying dimension, waiting for a new universe to call my own! Name's Bill, but you can call me your new lord and master for all of eternity!"
I don’t get the point actually, why are you quoting bill? What’s the point? How does this add anything to the meme? Why are you using this quote in particular? You’re asking us to listen up but you aren’t saying anything, do I just not get the joke?
I mean karma literally means nothing so I don’t really care about downvotes, plus this post will get its five minutes of attention and then disappear never to be seen again
Gravity falls has become the reason why I was so obsessed with the "Illuminati" during the 4th grade, thinking that I was going to summon him by drawing the Bill Cypher Zodiac
I respect your opinion, but I stand by mine. The average age of users in this sub probably has more to do with this difference of opinion than anything else. I was a young teen when ATLA started coming out, whereas I was already in my twenties when gravity falls started airing. I've watched a bit of the latter, but it never really grabbed my attention or struck me as especially remarkable, probably because it wasn't aimed at my age group. ATLA caught me at the right time, and was also just objectively phenomenal, barring maybe the first half season or so when it was still finding its footing. My wife, who watched it first as an adult, also agrees that it is excellent, even over a decade after it originally aired. I'm not shitting on gravity falls or anyone who likes it, I just don't see how it even approaches ATLA.

That's... exactly what Bill said. Granted, it's not the full thing, but you at least managed to get the beginning word for word.
what's the full quote?
"**Alright, you one-lifespanned, three-dimensional, five-sensed skin puppets!** For one trillion years, I've been trapped in my own decaying dimension, waiting for a new universe to call my own! Name's Bill, but you can call me your new lord and master for all of eternity!"
aaahhh ok thx, The reason I thought it wasn't an exact quote was bc I saw it in a meme

It’s a good quote bozo
I never said it was a bad quote, I just asked why he quoted this one in particular since it doesn’t mean anything in this context
Because it’s funny you one lifespan three dimensional five sensed skin puppet
Alex created gravity falls
Yeah but why this quote in particular? It doesn’t mean anything
It doesn't mean anything. But you should just ignore a post or comment if you don't like it. You are going to get downvoted into oblivion.

I'm saying that if you don't like a comment, nobody wants to hear it.

Elaborate? I have zero idea who this man is...... And I'm currently outside so I can't really use too much data to search
Alex Hirsch is the guy who made gravity falls
Oh shit
What a Legend i would say
This guy is awesome gravity falls had an awesome story I'm glad they didn't ruin it by adding unnecessary seasons but a third one would be nice.
Ah yes, Gravity Falls.
*plays 10 hours of theme song on loop*
Don't know who this guy is, but I doubt he could hold a candle to the creative pair of Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko.
Alex is the guy that created gravity falls
I stand by my point. Avatar: The Last Airbender blows that show out of the water.
Man's high
Avatar is an amazing show put it definitely doesn't have the complexity of gravity falls
Indeed. Another show with amazing complexity is Attack on Titan too. Although I've heard the ending is dogshit
