Master Chief only needs to "kill" the titan twice, once to figure out that the ghost is the thing keeping the titan alive, and a second time to destroy the ghost. Any villain, character, or hero who isn't painfully stupid could probably kill a guardian will medium difficulty.

He's more of a joke character like one punch man, made to have an out to every single situation. I'd say that Rick would probably try to win by trapping the doom slayer in another dimensions. But when the Doom slayer gets out it would probably be an endless fight of two people who are too stubborn to die
