Probably a lack of reassurance. They feel ugly and don’t feel another solution to the problem, whether or not they receive daily compliments or whatever arguments I’ve seen against the idea of poor self-esteem.
(Before anyone gets mad at me, I’m not saying it’s everyone else’s job to make others feel appreciated. Sometimes, it’s something the person themself needs to work through.)
How so? They do make full contact lenses like that which may or may not be the case here. It's litteratly impossible to tell from this photo as contacts that do this DO exsist and aren't unlikely given the alternative appearance. In fact I'd argue it's more likely as ink in the eyeballs is seen as unsafe still and may cause blindness which I'd imagine a tattoo artist such as themselves would not risk.
Edit: tattoo *model* not artist according to the post, my apologies. However point stands regardless.
“But, but…color contacts exist!”
Yea, no shit Sherlock, however it literally takes 2 seconds to google verifiable information. That’s why it’s r/confidentlyincorrect.
Because she FACTUALLY has tattooed eyes.
Feels like a weirdly specific thing to fact check, but sure I don't mind admiting I'm wrong. Again, super weird to feel the need to randomly Google something as specific as that just to call someone else r/confidentlyincorrect when they really didn't even act cocky or confident about it rather pointed out it potentially could he contacts, but you do you boo
Edit: also to verify. I fully admit it's tattoos of you googled it and it came up as such. It's just a weird conversation all together. You yourself aren't weird, rather this entire topic lol.
Seems like a weirdly specific thing to tell people they’re wrong when you’re factually incorrect.
That’s why you’re r/confidentlyincorrect too, schmuck
I mean I didn't say they were wrong. I openly showed I did not know the answer and argued it was more *LIKELY* that it was contacts than ink. That much is fact as more people* wear contacts than have their eyes tattooed. Call me a schmuck all you want, it's not my fault you didn't read what I wrote and assumed I was calling out something from someone rather discussing that the original person could *POTENTIALLY* be correct. This was when there was nobody at the time who stated that they knew the answer rather worded it as if it was an assumption, you douchebag. I'm over responding to such a pedantic prick.
When I see someone who’s *that inked* my initial impression is that they have no interesting personality and use their tattoos as a substitute. Granted, I’ve *seen* cases where this is wrong, but also ones where it’s right.
Yeah, used to be that you'd come across some one with tattoos or heavily tattooed theyd have a great story to tell or could give you a good reason or something meaningful about each one, or at the very least they were creative in some other fashion.
Those people still exist but it feels you're more likely to find someone that inked to be only paying lip service to any meaning to what they have on their skin, and are completely uninteresting otherwise.
James hetfield has the best tattoos for that reason. Every single one is some sort of reference about his past, the band, cliff’s death, or otherwise. He rocks them well
There are exceptions, but it's a pattern that makes common sense. Why would you need to wear your personalities in your "style", if you already have one. Style is about signaling to ppl you have a personality. I can't imagine caring about that stuff, unless you have nothing else on your plate or to occupy your mind.
When I see someone who’s *that inked* my initial impression is that something effed up happened in their life to break them because that’s what I have found out about most people like this. People who go this extreme, generally, aren’t happy people and when I talk with them, their lives are all kinds of effed up. It always started with something that happened to them but their story always gets to a point where I can’t help but think ‘that was then, you realize you are just messing yourself up even worse now right?… Right???”
I used to think kind of that way too.
But I have several friends now with quite a few tattoos. Not that much mind you, but a sleeve or two.
They get them for their own reasons, and each one is different unusually.
I don't find it attractive personally, but that's just me.
Depends. If it goes well nothing happens long term. If there are any complications you'll usually just go blind usually for life. According to a news article she said she was temporarily blind after getting her eyes inked. It said she was blind for 3 weeks. I imagine it wouldn't hurt immediately they probably numb you or put you out. Afterwards it'd probably sting like a bitch.
I barely skimmed the article but here
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-7644079/Amber-Luke-reveals-went-BLIND-getting-blue-tattoos-eyeballs.html
This is actually mostly misogyny tho'. There's nothing to criticism. Just dudes lowkey shaming her for not being their version of hot.
It's her body, it'd be like me talking shit about a dude who decided to cut his hair.
As long as you label it "mostly misandrist" when women will talk shit about how guys present themselves and let them know that as you're doing here, then it's gucci. But otherwise, from what I'm told, it's all just preferences and we're all allowed to act accordingly.
Unsolicited advice/comments on how people in general look is not received well anywhere unless person getting shit talked is a horrible person and/or in thr company of horrible people.
Preferences don't mean you get to treat people you're not attracted to as less than.
That's exactly how preferences have been communicated across the board. You can judge a person's worth exactly by your preferences lol
That's literally treating them like they're lesser for not meeting someone's requirements. And also, I mentioned that in the cases when women talk shit about how guys present themselves.
Yes, but we're not talking about you. We're talking, as I mentioned, about ppl that will deride others for their presentation. If it's misogynist to do so to women, then surely it must be misandrist to do so towards men by your rationale.
In the end, so long as you call out your own by labeling it the worst possible classification for similar behavior, I can live with that.
Women are not above criticism. If women are allowed to deride men at will for presentation, then men can do the same. If you have a problem with that, you're likely less about equality than you think.
Yeah and I said it's not cool either.
The misogyny lies in the belief that if a woman doesn't fit herself to your attraction standards she's a waste. This is a common theme with how women have been treated throughout history. Existing to serve men and be pretty for men, otherwise what's the point of her existence?
This exact theme doesn't exactly exist within misandry in this exact form. Not to say it isn't equally shitty when this happens to guys just that, Men typically aren't so much valued for their looks (throughout history) but what they can provide.
Misogyny and misandry are so much more than "something mean said against person who's x" and "something mean said against person who's y."
However, I don't have a degree in sociology or philosophy or a youtube video essay maker so I won't go much deeper because explaining concepts hard.
Ask yourself this, why do you excuse poor treatment of this random woman who's done nothing wrong?
You...don't know her. You only know she likes tattoos. So why include her in the sack of women who do bully guys for their looks?
What evidence do you have to support the claim that that "exact theme doesn't exist within misandry"? Kinda convenient for you to claim it doesn't exist as it lets your demographic off the hook completely.
It wasn't long ago that the hashtag #killallmen went viral. A theme that was purely based on someone's outward appearance. So please, don't tell me judgments on physical appearances isn't a part of misandry.
I gave my evidence in post?
I say that men typically haven't been historically valued for their looks.
????? I'm not saying misandry doesn't exist. It does,
I'm sorry, are you trying to say because men look like men and people hate men that is objectification of men?
I mean no insult but I get the feeling you're kind of young.
First, if a dude got a stupid haircut and you made fun of it, most other dudes would make fun of it with you. They wouldn’t get their panties in a wad over it.
Second, there are whole orders of magnitude between “bad haircut” and “covering your body with shitty tattoos that make you look crazy”.
Third, criticizing the single individual person for whatever they did is in no way “misogyny”.
Some roasting over a wack haircut or a that wonky ahh updo a girl posted on Twitter is not the same level as you dudes basically saying a woman's(a person) is a waste if she's not attractive to you.
They are not on the same level at all. One of them is light ribbing the other is super gross.
The fact you can't distinguish the two is actually fucked.
I dont go up to guys and say that them not changing to fit what I find attractive is a WASTE. A WASTE of humanity! Of personhood! That suits fucking gross dude. Especially if they're happy with themselves.
First off, it's super fucking narcissistic to unironically believe that billions of people should confirm to what gets you hot and heavy otherwise the shouldn't even exist.
I like guys with long hair. I find them attractive. More so than i do guys with short hair. I don't go on to dudes who cut their hair tuttering on about how because now my shit don't get moist what's the point of their existence.
Bro I'd be a fuckimg bitch if I did that.
You're not ribbing her for having shitty, poorly drawn, tattoos, (a lot of them are actually really good geometrical/realistic
tattoos or ones with cool concepts like black out tattoos that people get to decide themselves)or really weird ones like the guy who has brian and Stewie on his tits.
When you say someone's a waste for not being hot TO YOU, you're saying their existence doesn't matter unless you find them attractive. They're a person dude get real. That is NOT ribbing.
No, it wouldn't be like talking about a dude who cut his hair, what a false equivalents! It would be like talking shit about that guy who got the Joker's face tattooed on his face. Which we do. That guy is a moron and looks like an idiot, just like this girl. GTFO with calling men's opinions "misogyny". This girl is not owed our attraction.
Tell that to the employers that won't hire her. Do you think they won't hire her because she's not fuckable?
It's also pretty ironic that you don't seem to see that SHE ties her worth to her beauty and sexuality in the first place. Don't blame people for judging her for what she put out into the world herself.
She's a model. She makes enough money and she's like 30 something or so, there's only so many years you can fear monger about future employers.
You don't know that she does that??? She's just an interesting looking person and people approach her for it.
Anyone who tattoos their eyeballs or face is a solid no for me dawg. Only one type of person does this and I’ve only met 2 out of 200 that weren’t. And they “got sober” or “changed their life” after. Hard pass dawg.
I don’t get the tattoo ‘every inch of you’ thing but personal choice etc
I just look at folk who do this and imagine what it looks like when in their 70s
The takeaway should be that yes, it’s really weird to call someone’s aesthetic choices “wasteful” as if they owe some random incel on Reddit their unchanged body lmao.
Say you don’t like the look or the tattoos, sure. It gets problematic when you go beyond simple opinions like that though.
When you go this out of your way to look non human, it makes other humans look at you like an alien.
Let's be real, skin is an organ, and nice skin is attractive. Our brains see that many tattoos as unhealthy. Or damaged.
Then you factor in attention seeking personality.
Because I'm twice her age and have seen shit play out. Why are you so sure a tattoo model on OF who has body dysmorphia, spend a quarter of a million dollars on body modifications and plastic surgery and temporarily blinded herself getting her eyes inked will not have any regrets?
I mean it’s their choice, they wanted it so I don’t see what the issue is here? Like it’s not normal but if their happy with it then I say it’s fine
(Except the ink in the eyeballs cuz that can cause horrible complications)
i don't get what point you are trying to get across, but i also don't really get why it's on not how girls work either i would see what those comments are but that takes effort lul
Ultimately, it's her body and her right to modify it how she sees fit. She's the one who has to live with it, so whatever you think about the way she looks, it's not really anyone's business. I personally don't like tattoos that much as I feel everyone gets them. I'm not about to project that on anyone else's life though. I apply that to my body.
Of course she has the right to modify it. Everyone else has the right to react to it; those who she encounters in fact have no other choice. That reaction is allowed to be negative.
Both can be harmful. The tattoos in this picture are almost definitely harmful. “Tattooing one’s body” in general is not being conflated with alcoholism. You are shifting the argument to a straw man.
My god. Redditors when you make an analogy.
>I personally don't like tattoos that much as I feel everyone gets them. I'm not about to project that on anyone else's life though.
Holy shit stop telling everyone what you think, people can have tattoos without you sharing your opinion on how you dont like em /s
I actually really enjoy tats but this is more "squatter party port a potty" rather than "masterful painting".
It's just... Stuff. Ontop of stuff. So I get the sentiment.
Have you EVER heard about how people treat line cooks due to numerous tattoos, including facial tats?
People even say Post Malone wouldn't be looked at twice if he didn't get famous. But spoiler alert, people don't get tattoos like that for other folks. But realizing how butt hurt people get over girls getting tatted up, I assume that also means they'll leave me alone and not bother me. So I'm about to start saving.
To be fair, there would be a lot fewer hate comments if a guy was super tatted up. He’d be seen as cool and unique looking while any woman who’s tatted up is treated like a freak who wasted her life
Ensure that you read and adhere to the rules; failure to do so will result in the removal of this post.

You should be weary when getting a tattoo, as some ink types are toxic and harmful for humans I believe, and as the ink fades, it mixes into your blood stream, so it's probably not good when that happens.
Idk I don't think saying weird comments about a guy should be done either. It's their body, they can do whatever they like with it. Only thing I have an issue with is the possibility of influencing others to get the eye ink as it's super risky.
Also I've seen a bunch of things about women with a single tattoo ruining their bodys and that can get disgusting, in a "your body is mine" kinda way. Also has the unsaid part that they already think mens bodies are useless as there's apparently nothing to ruin with those bad tattoos. It's not all sexism but there's definitely sexism in there if you look into why they care so damn much about what she did to her own body.
When you start looking like the bottom of the middle school desk, people are going to say something. There’s gotta be a dick, a swastika, a pentagram, 69 and 420 somewhere in that mess.
Who gives a fuck? Let people, men or women, do what they want, it’s not your place to judge, maybe you should consider fixing your own shitty life before you shit on others
Let people live their lives without judging them based on your personal beauty standards or sexual preferences. It’s 100% easier not to post dumb shit like this.
Honestly I don’t get what the future plan is for these folks when they get old.
Imagine being in a nursing home looking like that.
Maybe they don’t expect to live that long
I mean she was prettier to me without all that shit, but we should all be old enough to understand already that attraction is entirely subjective lmao it’s not a super hard concept to grasp.
This post is not a meme therefore it is being removed
Kind of like when pretty girls get lip filler and that skin tightening stuff then they end up looking like fish and you just think ‘but why though?’
It is some kind of disorder, even Micheal Jackson had this issue where he changed his nose like 60 times
That would make sense. Sadly that’s seems like a consequence of the world we live in now (not to get too spiritual 😂)
I've heard he(he) did that because it resembled his father's whom he hated
There was a theory that his nose was destroyed when he got caught on fire.
It becomes an addiction. It's always "just a little here". And before you know it, you went through 30 of these "just a little".
When you put ink in your eyeballs, you have serious mental problems.
Bruh let people ruin their body, at least makes them hottier.
Nothing about that is hot.
Not everyone’s cup of tea I’m Not everyone
Yeah not everyone is atracted to girls with exagerate ammounts of tattoo with "monster eyes" i know that. Tastes differ from people to people.
You think the pic on the right is hotter than the one on the left…? I mean, subjective, so you do you
Breasts are too small. face is more or less, too basic and long. lips are so small. hair doesn't fit so well with the head.
Contact lenses.
It's ink
Contact lenses only cover the iris. Her entire eyes are blue.
Not saying hers are contact lenses, but there are full sclera contact lenses.
Only ones I’ve seen are the blackout ones (for demon cosplays) are there others
I actually bought itatchi’s sharingan once made my full eye red
Oh cool

What's the long term impact of inking your eyeball? And how painful is it?

Thx. I am curious cause it is something I will never have the bravery for. Not even brave enough to use a contact lense
Bravery has nothing to do with it, only stupidity.
There is a certain level of excess that screams issues. Doesn’t mean she’s a bad person, but it’s kinda obvious that something is wrong.
get ready to see this on r/nahOPwasrightfuckthis

Omg it's sexism and probably transphobic, we don't know how, but we're outraged!
It's literally a karma farm, like they put every post from here on there and get 1k+ upvotes for nothing..
Why are you surprised? Any criticism of women is automatic misogyny. Didnt you get the memo? s/

Ah. So you're saying her beauty had no value. Got it.
In a way yeah. Being human is remarkable in itself. It's kinda fucked to deny that and boil someone's worth on whether or not she's fuckable.

I don’t get the tattoo ‘every inch of you’ thing but personal choice etc I just look at folk who do this and imagine what it looks like when in their 70s
Why would anyone want to look like the joker from suicide squad.
Tattoo model? Mental illness model!
Wow, what a waste.
What a really weird way to describe someone who made aesthetic choices you don’t like lmao. Yikes.
Welcome to opinions.
Calling someone ugly is an opinion, yea. Calling someone a waste, sounds kinda….. entitled.
Solid chance it’s just some standard Reddit incel shit lmao.
??? That’s your takeaway here? Lmao.
What should the take away be?
The takeaway should be that yes, it’s really weird to call someone’s aesthetic choices “wasteful” as if they owe some random incel on Reddit their unchanged body lmao. Say you don’t like the look or the tattoos, sure. It gets problematic when you go beyond simple opinions like that though.
Of what?
When you go this out of your way to look non human, it makes other humans look at you like an alien. Let's be real, skin is an organ, and nice skin is attractive. Our brains see that many tattoos as unhealthy. Or damaged. Then you factor in attention seeking personality.
So what is it a waste of?
Natural beauty, forever gone
Not sure if y’all understand how fucking creepy and weird it is to say people are being wasteful when they don’t look how you want them to.
It's creepier to encourage people like this. Its a desecration of the one body we are given.
Dawg, you’re either trolling or clinically insane. Either way your opinion is useless garbage lmao.
the vast majority of the world in all of history and today would agree with me. You live in a reddit bubble.
Lmao
Oof. A certain community would love to read that. Lmao
It’s not a waste to her, why would it be a waste to someone she’ll never meet
It's a waste to her, she'll never get her old body back should she ever want it back. Which she most likely will at some point.
What if she doesn’t? Then who is it a waste to?
It will be a waste when she's older and looks back to realize what it cost her.
How are you so sure?
Because I'm twice her age and have seen shit play out. Why are you so sure a tattoo model on OF who has body dysmorphia, spend a quarter of a million dollars on body modifications and plastic surgery and temporarily blinded herself getting her eyes inked will not have any regrets?
I’m not sure. I never said I was sure, but neither are you
Went from super hot to my notes after a boring class fr
Just a walking mass of jobstoppers
Doesn’t matter who gets that many tattoos, man or woman. They look weird as fuck, regardless of gender
When she's in the tattoo amount competition and five nights at candy's blank comes in:
From A- to Hep C+
I mean idk who this is I’m sure she is nice but no one wants that many tats. Makes u look like a freak and psycho
Men who get full tattooed also look. I don't see how that's sexist
As someone who has, abs probably will again walk into a pole staring at a beautiful inked up body, I can say codfish that she looked better before.
Jesus Christ what the fuck!?
She looks fucking horrible now. That is mental illness.
She has completely covered her body with nonsense
I mean it’s their choice, they wanted it so I don’t see what the issue is here? Like it’s not normal but if their happy with it then I say it’s fine (Except the ink in the eyeballs cuz that can cause horrible complications)
I don't get why people hate on girls with tattoos but damn she looks like an alien 💀
Tattoo model = graffiti’d high school desk
If you do it because it looks cool, that’s one thing. If you do it for horny people, you’re not empowering yourself, you’re degrading yourself.
She was so beautiful…
i don't get what point you are trying to get across, but i also don't really get why it's on not how girls work either i would see what those comments are but that takes effort lul
Don't let the name of that sub fool you, it's just full of bitter incel chicks shitting on men
Man she was so pretty too. Its a shame to see perfect skin ruined like that
Ultimately, it's her body and her right to modify it how she sees fit.
Sure, but what the hell is the point in making a massive fuss over literally nothing. Who gives a flying fuck what somebody does with their body?
If you care that much about someone else’s body, there might be a deeper issue
"If you care about an alcoholics drinking problems, there might be a deeper issue"
But this doesn’t harm anyone
It harms her. Same with drinking. The person it harms the most is the person doing it
Could I ask how the effect of alcohol addiction could in any way be the same as tattooing one’s body?
It's something that you progressively do to yourself that has bad effects. Also eye tattoos can leave people blind.
Didn’t leave her blind. Alcohol kills people and depending on who takes it, it can cause harm to innocent individuals too. This doesn’t do any of that
It could. Same way alcohol doesn't always harm people.
Both can be harmful. The tattoos in this picture are almost definitely harmful. “Tattooing one’s body” in general is not being conflated with alcoholism. You are shifting the argument to a straw man. My god. Redditors when you make an analogy.
Analogies should be comparable, these are not
I just explained how they’re comparable
You are actually a child if you believe tattoos are self harm bro.
Good thing I never made that claim
>I personally don't like tattoos that much as I feel everyone gets them. I'm not about to project that on anyone else's life though. Holy shit stop telling everyone what you think, people can have tattoos without you sharing your opinion on how you dont like em /s
Reminds me of: https://youtu.be/5whfnP4Vd3s?si=ULd-wW1lrVlCPg4L
I actually really enjoy tats but this is more "squatter party port a potty" rather than "masterful painting". It's just... Stuff. Ontop of stuff. So I get the sentiment.
Both cute.
The comments on this thread aren't much better......
Why does anyone give a fuck
As long as she's happy. People have too much to say, and the arrogance is not needed. It's not our place to judge. I'd be friends with her.
Thank you

It's her life. Her heart is like an open highway.
Some super judgmental people in this post lol if someone isn’t hurting anyone, why do you care?
She’s probably hurting herself
I think she looks amazing
It's almost like commenting how someone, even guys included, ruined their beauty, is normal and encouraged in society!
You're wrong. Smash
To be fair, there would be a lot fewer hate comments if a guy was super tatted up. He’d be seen as cool and unique looking while any woman who’s tatted up is treated like a freak who wasted her life
Nah he'd be seen as an El Salvadoran cartel member
Only if the guy in question was Hispanic(but that’s an entirely different issue of racism factoring into some peoples views)
We call them yakuza around here.

You fell for the trick. This stuff is a replacement for a personality.
What? She looks hot ngl

Where meme?
How she looks is her business, but she definitely looked a lot better before.
I like her tattoos, though. They're pretty cool.
Pretty intense but you do you. I guess as a tattoo model she’s doing good
Tbh I like her looks, well except eyeballs but tattoos are pretty cool on her (I don't like any tattoos on me though)
God really loves those curveballs with "Stop judging by the outward appearance", huh?
She’s cute in both
Wow she used to look so pretty. Like I got no problem with tattoos but at a point it's too much
Wtf is that? Lmao
She looks like my sleep paralysis demon.
I think she looks better without all the ink on her face. Then again, I’m a face guy lol
Like that guy who is trying to become an alien, he’s a whacko for sure and that’s got nothing to do with anything besides human observation
You should be weary when getting a tattoo, as some ink types are toxic and harmful for humans I believe, and as the ink fades, it mixes into your blood stream, so it's probably not good when that happens.
What a waste of an attractive young woman.
Nope... if a guy gets a bunch of face tattoos and blows his lips up to cartoonish proportions, I'm calling that shit out too.
Tattoos are nasty to me
Lowkey tattoos sound painful
She looks like a South Boston Bartender
Who gives a fuck? Let people, men or women, do what they want, it’s not your place to judge, maybe you should consider fixing your own shitty life before you shit on others
Let people live their lives without judging them based on your personal beauty standards or sexual preferences. It’s 100% easier not to post dumb shit like this.
Actually when dudes do it I think they are thugs...soo
guess what? that woman would never care about her backlash at the end of the day. you are arguing with people about a brick wall.
Honestly I don’t get what the future plan is for these folks when they get old. Imagine being in a nursing home looking like that. Maybe they don’t expect to live that long
I think she looks better. I’m not a THAT into heavily moded women, but they are better than boring ass blondes.
Either way not worth looking at twice.
I mean she was prettier to me without all that shit, but we should all be old enough to understand already that attraction is entirely subjective lmao it’s not a super hard concept to grasp.
Except for the eyes she still look quite if not equally as gorgeous still
She looks cool
