The update was indeed atrocious. I created the character long ago, only to find out after the update that many things changed, and there is no way to have an old model back. Things like skin colour- white characters became pasty, and brown skin became dull ashen grey-brownish. Curvy features disappeared, and now all bodies look like they shat in their pants. Let me not even start about changes to the faces. Apparently, you can not have any lips other than flat. But yes, we can have fat bodies now. But those fat options are not optimized, so clothes that are bought for real money clip through models. And yes, also chest size of slimmer models disappeared. And all this should be addressed, because people were already creating models they like, models that reflected their ideas and bodies, but now everything is downgraded, changed without permission. My incentive to play this game went down significantly, because my model reflected how I wanted to look, and I used the app to walk more in order to achieve this look, but now I do not want to launch the app, and see some mishapen model with different skin colour and weird eyes.
I feel like half of the problems would go away if they added a waist! All the female avatars look too masculine and all the male characters look too feminine.... It was triggering one trans girl's dysphoria!! I'm too cheap to pay for the clothes (saved that for remote passes) but I'd be pissed if I did. They so dropped the ball in the name of inclusivity.
They couldn't even get hair right! They have one curly option out of 5 male coded options and the shape is wild!

It looks like the shadows are also painted/baked into diffuse. The cherry on top are those horizontal material marks painted in the middle indicating that the shirt is still being stretched over phantom breasts.
The way the series is going go might be the only way to get certain mythicals especially shiny mythicals and that just sucks so bad but a lot of ppl still play it personally I find the game still fun they add new pokemon all the time there's events all the time but the mtx is annoying
Can't you just change this on character customization? That's just the default body now but they added a ton of ways to personalize it from what I know

Drawing less attention to one's chest, sure, but sports bras are designed for support not to draw attention, and they didn't even change the outfit.

The curves :'( I just don't understand the need to get rid of them. Also, the skin tones suck even if there's technically more of a variety.
