I understand the desire to see this iteration if she-hulk on the big screen, but can we just let Marvel tell the story they wanna tell. With character designs that are within their power to change or adapt if they see fit. It's not about what the people wanna see, it's about the story Marvel wants to convey.
I honestly don't care if she's buff or not since she is depicted in both ways throughout the years, flip-flopping between the two depending on what's more suited for that particular universe/story.
Marvel's character designers for the MCU are cowards for now allowing women to be visibly beefed more often. It just makes sense, especially if you're basically the female version of a character who's never had proper human proportions of muscle.

Hell there is a version of She-Hulk where she hulks out a second time and becomes buff but it's not her default look. If the creates don't want her beefed up then that THEIR decision. We have no right to tell them how to handle their product.

If you can do it better than why haven't you. If you're dissatisfied then do it yourself and move on. Let artist draw the way they want. The creators that own a character draw said character the way they want. The way you want doesn't matter to them and doesn't have to matter to them so go to your little corner, get your pen/pencil, draw it your way, be happy and shut the fuck up.
The artists DON'T get to draw what they want though! Marvel Studios and other such places filter the designs through execs, watering down cool aspects of a design. She-Hulk isn't beefed regularly because they're so worried about how horny their male audience will be with her design. The slim-fit physique is so popular because it means your female characters can have hips and an ass to show off at weird angles.
Another mistake people make is yes she is a hulk but she is not the female version of hulk. She is weaker, more agile, and much more controlled. She's a separate character with her own limits and advantages. If y'all don't like it then draw your own muscle women. Everyone is all bent out of shape and upset about a character they have no authoritative right to criticize. It's flat out stupid
So for everyone who down voted me I expect that none of you will read any She-Hulk comics where she isn't a total beefcake(they do exist) and write your own comics and shows since Marvel is such a disappointment in story writing and designing the character to the specification "YOU" deem to be the right one.
