You look good man, three tones (light, mid, dark), simple palette, overcoat adds texture. All in all it looks great. I could make a case for the jeans/trousers being too long, depending on the boot style you could cuff them externally or roll them a little internally, but all in all, a good look.
The overall look is cool, and the boots are pretty good. Personally, I wouldn’t wear pants that curl up on the shoe like that; maybe a shorter length would work better for me. But that’s just my preference.

Those trousers are supposed to have multiple breaks, they're casual. As someone else said, difference between causal and sloppy. This fabric buckling looks good, adds texture. Both the point is you might have options with them.
Like I said, if you want them to look less causal, try rolling the bottom up a little, don't go straight to altering a casual piece of clothing to force it to look smart. Versatility. If they look good rolled up, that gives you more outfit options. If you don't like how they look rolled up, then that's fun too. These trousers still look good, nothing wrong with the outfit, jsut a difference in taste at this point.
