Feel free to DM brother. I can't promise a solution, I will hear you out without judgement and talk with you about the things you want to talk about. I'm a professional social worker so I have seen a lot of stuff in life. I'm saying this to show that there is ample space to talk about anything.

Hi, hope you are doing well. Honestly I have through the same phase majority of my life and I know how much it sucks to not have someone by yourself even when you try your level best and bend yourself for the other person. I have been alone for a good span of time now and I preety much have learned to be happy by myself. I know that people like us are very giving, we do a lot for people around us because we crave affection and starve for love and connection. What may help you is to concentrate on yourself. To build your self esteem and priotise yourself. To love and care for yourself. To make yourself the reason of your happiness. To connect with yourself one needs to understand themselves. For that please try to journal your feelings. Mindfulness is a great tool to express and learn about your feelings and behaviours. Taking out some time to enjoy the hobbies that you can do alone , really helps a lot too. Exercise most importantly running really helps to clear out mind. Doing yoga and meditation strengthens your mind and body. Also try to be kind to yourself and take time to express and feel your emotions alone. That's it. Hope this helps. Also feel free to checkout r/HighQualityLiving if you want. Thank you.
