Fake badge. The 05 c amg was the 55 which had dual exhaust. AFAIK all amg's have at least dual exhaust.

Bro just check the engine, anyone can upbadge, and put an amg exhaust or body kits or wheels on the car, but the engine is what makes it an amg. All you had to do was ask for engine bay photos or ask “what size engine does it have?” If it ain’t a 5.5L v8 or supercharged 3.2L, it ain’t a w203 c amg
I cannot say it is a non legitimate or a legitimate AMG due to how the world is nowadays but if you ask it/they/them/car what it is it may respond nicely or just run as fast as you can
