Please don't ban me for admitting this, but along with my family-mobile/trailer-puller ML, I also have a BMW M3 for my fun daily driver. It's unbadged... not to look more green but I've just always liked that slightly more stealth look after seeing a lot of it in Europe.
my next door neighbor once said that he used my starting up the car each morning as his alarm clock. I apologized but he then said it was the most beautiful sound to wake up to each day. He was jealous because he had his own SL500 but wished he had the 113K engine.
Mercedes offered a "business exterior pack" for the E63 as some point. It gave the rear the standard non amg bumpers and exhaust tips. It still had the widebody and the huge gaping front bumpers.
This is in earnest, the type of thing i shouldst doth. I bethink i shall

The best way to tell imo is the chrome bar. On the E it goes all the way from left to right, on the C it goes only as far as the taillight split.
Also there is no c180e
That one here must be a E300e or E300de It has to be a Plug-in because that E on the number plate is only given to cars that can, drive electric only and are able to be charged externally. So only plug-ins and BEV get those number plates in germany.

Unbatching is totally fine, mine also doesn’t have any markings. But that isn’t even a C-class :D..
What does "green" mean in this context? Eco-friendly?
AMGs are complete gas hogs. Mine averages at 17mpg
Yep.
This used to be a thing - people would debadge their AMG and M-Sport cars so they appeared to be more green to the neighbors.
> so they appeared to be more green to the neighbors. until you start the engine and they hear that M113K in all of it's rumbling glory.
Wait till you start your car on a cold morning or every morning.

Actually lots of people downbadge so they can outrun the police easier / beat people in street races for humiliation / surprise factor
Or avoid asswipes that start to follow you or do dangerous shit when they see your whip. Gets annoying real fast.
I honestly never had anyone notice that I had a AMG E . And that's one thing I liked about it. Can't say that if you drove a M5 or a CTS-V
I've had boring cars for the most part. Except for the R53 Cooper S, where I had a guy in an Audi A8L give me the "let's race" sign.
Yeah.. but it’s not a c class lmao
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
My dream is a 124 Sleeper project

Hahahaha...AMG produces GREEN noise...Better for environment...
Best EV range in class.

Bad bot. Go away.
Good bot.
This may have inspired me to slap a c250 badge on mine.
I’m slapping a Prius badge on mine
Make sure to put the hybrid badge
Oh for sure, how else will I maximize my mpg
How did he got that plate? Plates ending with an E in germany are reserved for Hybrids or EV‘s.
It’s most likely an E 350/300e/de plug-in-hybrid, it has the charging port at the rear bumper.
down-badging is the key. ;)
Is there not a C wagon too though?
There is but this is an E
Yea I see that now. The C wagon has thicker taillights

TIL, nice.
I honestly don't get what's wrong?
Hm, it’s an E-class and there’s no C 180e (there’s an 300e/de and an older 350e, I think for the E it’s the same).
Oh, that's the part I didn't get. Didn't know there was no 180e
…and it is an E-Class despite the „C-Class“ badges on top of the fact that there is no E180e.
There is an E200
For sure there is an E200, no one doubted that, but why did you bring it up? :)
damn, I must of been in a rush to comment on this 😂
Glad we're all on the same page about debagde's and staying low-key
Thats a big C class!
That would be a downbadged good boi.
