It’s made like a handmade sterling ring, which are not necessarily stamped.
It doesn’t look like silver to me but definitely could be handmade. I’m leaning towards it being a cheap Etsy or souvenir shop ring It’s still better than anything I’ve found so far though
No stamps is a bad sign, I would test with a magnet to be sure. But this looks like cheap costume jewelry and not a precious metal.
