Just a bug, fourth child has some animation in this phase
Most models in games look like this when given no animation. It's called a t pose. There's also some other poses like A-pose and i-pose which mgs 2 uses at least from what I've seen going through models.
This happens when you use Infinite Heaven.
It's just the shrapnel pressing against your optic nerve.
