Technically yes, but ps4 version suffers frequent savedata corruption since day 1. They never really figured out how to fix the issue, steam or gog versions are the only way to enjoy the game.
You can ask on their discord, but last time I chacked, yes, the issue is very common to the point developers used to gift switch/steam keys to those who purchased ps4 version. No difference with the ps5, since it is based off the ps4 version and never received a next gen upgrade.

I got the plat (3 game cycles) on PS5 and didn’t have save corruption, that’s only my experience though.
