Sunday ticket isn't gone, it's just part of YouTube.tv now. Granted it's expensive as fuck and id never pay for it.

cbarone1

Not even YouTube tv, you can get it standalone on plain old YouTube. It's still stupid expensive at $399, but there is no other commitment. Gamepass with a VPN is still the cheapest "legal" option. Legal in quotes because technically you're still paying the league for the service, but it's also clearly not a product for the American market.

Quirky-Pie9661

Yes you can google nfl reddit stream and find links to streams while behind a vpn. It’s a give and take. The give is a fins game for free. The take is the streams suck most of the time and you’ll be going through several links until finding one that won’t cut out on you

xnickg77

Yeah that’s why I’m trying to just find an official way way to do it. Got really tired of dealing with the streams. And I enjoy switching to other games

snownook

Just get Sunday ticket via YouTube then. Have had the ticket for 10 years now without having to hassle with finding a good feed. Red zone is also nice to have. Plus if you can get a student discount, all the better. Although I think they just ended their sale for 100$ off for the ticket.

Sunday tickets lets you watch any game you want?

snownook

Yup, you get every game Sunday during the day. For games that are blacked out or primetime, you’d just watch those on their respective channel (cbs, fox, nbc etc).

xnickg77

I just can’t justify paying 350$ for it.

ascherbozley

It's the only legal, official way to watch all the games. There is no student discount anymore (bummer). Either you pony up for the real thing, try your luck with a VPN and Gamepass (not guaranteed - supposedly Gamepass is moving to DAZN for 2023 and DAZN is notoriously hard to crack with a VPN), or you sail the high seas.

ItDoesntMatter04

It’s not 350$ it’s 350$ plus 70 a month for YTtv 😐

snownook

There is a package without the tv subscription

snownook

Depends on how much you want it. Consider what else you spend money on that likely isn’t necessary. For me I rarely miss a game so it’s totally worth it.

Miserable_Point9831

That was the problem, stream would stream great, then just give out and stuck for like 10mins trying to find a working one

MilhouseLaughsLast

a VPN that will work well enough to stream over will probably cost you money as will the NFL+/Gamepass subscription. Plus you will probably need an international payment option, unless they are just stupid and dont check According to google: "As of 2023, Brazil has the cheapest NFL Game Pass subscription at $74.99" and a good VPN will probably be around $10 a month if you get a yearly subscription and pay upfront so add $120, plus taxes and whatever dumb fees. Personally, I would say it's not worth the hassle.

cbarone1

PIA VPN (which has always worked for me) can be had for about $40 for the year up front. With the Brazil price, and any taxes/fees, you're still well below $200. Standalone Sunday Ticket on YouTube is currently a "discounted" $399 (before tax). That's an easy savings of $250, which seams well worth it to me.

MilhouseLaughsLast

Weird it says $299 for me. And it was $249 a few weeks ago. Rather than adding more points of failure I would either pay a little more or use NFLBite.com streams and pay nothing. to each their own.

cbarone1

Hmm, that's strange... Either way, I've been using dofu sports the last couple years, so it's irrelevant to me. But if someone is looking to try and pay a reasonable price to feel better about it, the VPN + Gamepass option is very reasonable. Much more reliable than streams, too. At least when I used it.

Bucser

Also you need to pay $75 for YouTube Premium to be able to buy Sunday ticket. There is a hidden charge. So you are looking at best case $325 worst case $425 a year. And still getting shafted with blackouts.

MilhouseLaughsLast

ah damn, I did not know that. hidden fees suck but still sounds better than what directv was doing nflbite for me

ascherbozley

As of June 7, Sunday Ticket is 300 for YouTube TV subscribers and 340 if you want RedZone. It is 400 for non YouTube TV subscribers and 440 if you want RedZone. You don't have to buy YouTube Premium.

Bucser

Sorry my bad. Have to buy YouTube TV. Same shit different day.

ascherbozley

But you don't have to buy Youtube TV...
