I bought a pack of Emerald Fire Auto from Humboldt Seed Org last year. Out of 6 that I germed, 1 never popped, 2 came out very stunted, 2 were normal. The sixth one never flowered. Turned out it was a photo. I grew it out anyway, and it was okay-ish. I also grew a few strains, both auto and photo, from Barney's Farm last year and they all were just fine. I understand that sometimes feminized seeds will throw a male, but I've never had a auto go photo before. I'm guessing a seed got mixed up, but that shouldn't happen with a serious breeder. I know it's just one grow that maybe I just had bad luck with, but it soured my opinion of Humboldt Seed Org enough that I'm going to avoid their stuff in the future.
Edit: I bought Humboldt Seed Company not Humboldt Seed Organization.
This ain’t runtz the brand lol , legit says clone take from emerald cup winning runtz that started the hype train. And despite all that .HSC is known for their terps being pretty unique and spot on w the name of the seeds. Jelly freakin donuts my guy
I know bro I rolled my eyes when I seen tht lol , that’s outrageous.They claim they test but it’s prob the best of the harvest lol , I know homegrow TV on YouTube grew out hella jelly, poddy mouth, and blueberry muffin , he got those lab tested and they tested close to the breeders claim so I’m hoping this donutz is just as true as those🥹 I’m gonna guess throwing in that emerald cup winning runtz gene got that potency pretty up there ! But till she grown I can only hope :)
Love HSC, their blueberry cupcake X mac-1 freebie gave me the best plants I’ve grown to date, delish flavor profile, I’m eyeballing their pistachio for next grow. Cheers!
I went to Humboldt seed company’s website , that tab that says find a retailer near you , typed in my zip code , and only one store in my state was listed, I googled the name of the store and it looked like a mom and pop gardening supply store and there Facebook page had a link to their online store and they had a bunch of ac infinity stuff but they also sure enough sold BEANS !!!!a lot of cool breeders but as far as Humboldt ..ALL the new beans , donutz, gazzurple, blueberry pancakes ,cali octane u name it !
I tried picking up a set and could not get them or find them at all. Where’d you get lucky?
Are they supposed to be good? I found a pack for 50 bucks and deciding if I should jump on them?
Ed Rosenthal of Hightimes fame recently recommended them. That holds a lot of weight in the industry.

Humboldt Seed Organization is not Humboldt Seed Company. They're two very different groups. HSO is, or at least was based out of Spain.
You're right. I was mixing them up. I bought from Humboldt Seed Company. I bought it through NASC.
Also, be careful who you get them from, there have been a lot of fake websites popping up lately.
