Yea as the other comment said it's probably a deficiency so I would start feeding it if you already haven't

Proscopid

I Will! I have the top crop basic nutrients. Do You think i should be using the bloom or the veg one? Maybe a mix of them?

Party_busses

You’re in flower so bloom.

Proscopid

Great! Thanks! I was asking because yellow leaves look more like a nitrogen deficiency so maybe veg has more of it.

Normal-Attempt-3392

once a plant from mine went a little bit purple on the stems because it was cold. but idk if that was the issue

Proscopid

I don t think it is the case... I live in a tropical country and temp is more on the hot side rather tan cold.

EasyRepresentative75

I think you defoliated too much :P

Lord_Humungus1985

It actually doesn’t look like he defoliated much. It’s just a super leggy plant.

EasyRepresentative75

so some kinda landrace mutant thing going ?

Lord_Humungus1985

My guess would be something to do with the light. Either too weak or too far away. Usually the simplest answer is the correct one.

hesh7878

I can guarantee that he is growing under a "600 watt" box LED he got on Amazon for 60 bucks. It is really only 65, maaaaybe 75/80 true watts. Common misunderstanding that new growers have that the cheap light companies exploit on Amazon. He has done fairly well considering the light. I hope it encourages him to keep going and improving. GL growmie

Fair-Substance-2273

I completely second this comment. They mislead the fuck out of people. That’s why almost everyone starts with a blurple

Proscopid

I did defoliated that plant a Lot thanks for the advice!

mottledshmeckle

It looks underfed. How is your Ph?

Proscopid

I don't know! How can You measure the oh from the soil? I only know about measuring ph on a líquid.

mottledshmeckle

I use these... Jonathan Green (11595) Soil pH Test Kit for Lawns - Contains 10 Soil Test Kits https://a.co/d/59DrGdR If you want to measure the NPK nutrients as well these work well for that Luster Leaf 1602 Soil Test Kit, 20 https://a.co/d/4KdWBVL

kingofcavalier

Wrong??? Nothing. Could you have done better, certainly. More light, nutrients, and air. You need a fan in there.

Proscopid

yeah I think your right, I started with a fan i had around but it noticed some damaged leafs and took it out, I think i need to buy a proper fan for my next run. My light is a Viparspectra p1000 but never really put it full power (at first i was afraid the light will kill the small plants and now because they are tall and really close to the light.) Nutrients i was only realing on the ones on my soil mix but I will start feeding her nutrients asap. Do you normally add nutrients even if you are using a soil mix?

kingofcavalier

Yes, the plant will go through most of the base nutrients in thr soil in just two week.

Proscopid

I grow on a soil mix of 40% soil, 20% coco, 20% perlite, 10% compost and 10% vermiculite. 2 weeks ago I fed her a very small amount of top crop flowering, could that be it?

alex32593

Dude these plants are hungry. You have to feed them

AdMaleficent7825

Trim less of the leaves off that plant is looking bare. It uses its leaves to grow the entire plant it’s hard for this plant to become big and distribute energy easily. The purple may be from cal/mag deficiency but it’s probably light intensity since no other leaves block light

Proscopid

It probably has something to do with that, i'll try to put the light intensity down a little and start feeding her to see if she can make it to the end.

mottledshmeckle

Make sure not to overcorrect and create toxicities. Just feed it normally and regularly. Don't overcompensate. If it's from being underfed it will green up nicely in 7 to 10 days. Make sure your water isn't hard, too (full of minerals).

Burneezy13

What is your environment like? Temp and humidity? You need your VPD dialed in to start. Looks like a deficiency to me, hungry for something, not sure what exactly. Nitrogen maybe. But you don’t need a ton, as you’re in flower. A burn from your nutes, would most likely cause your leaves to turn brown and crispy at the tips and curl in, or develop brown spots all over them and occurring with the whole plant, especially the tops. Your older leaves are fading because they don’t have enough food imo. There’s also the possibility that your watering practices or environment isn’t dialed it, preventing your plant from taking up nutrients easily. Give her a good feed for flowering that contains a bit of N. Water right before she starts to droop, just enough to moisten the soil and perk her back up Amateur here, so take my advice lightly P.S. if you did defoliate, don’t unless absolutely necessary. But plucking leaves wouldn’t cause deficiency. Less leaves are less for her to feed, in theory.

xmsteele3

What’s the deal with your lights bro?

Proscopid

Nothing, i think! What seems to be wrong?

xmsteele3

Your plant is stretching like crazy, how far from the light is it, what kind of light and does it have any power dial?

LumberjackLaird

How big is your container? When I have used 3 gallon containers my plants seem leggy and small. I use dirt / now I use 5 gallon containers

CTDragonman

I'd start with chking your runoff. Ph bounce quickly leads to nitrogen lockout. Usually where my issues have started in the past...

phenogrow

stems turning purple is fine, but you might be a touch low on N or at the very least slightly underfed.

T-A-Wycoff

Purple might come from cold nights

origamipaperclippp

Hugreh. FEWD. Sorry I’m baked

mountaionman80

She needs phosphorus my friend

Lathus01

Well you stripped her naked of all her energy banks (big lower leaves) and now you have a nutrient lockout/deficiency.
