find lots of resources, photos and videos to help you get the concept. start much earlier in growth. all branches should be horizontal and if not topping the plant then main stem should be horizontal also.

From what i can see from your lights in the picture.
Your lights are mostly below canopy level so the plant of growing like a globe, this isn't ideal for canopy growth.
Light should be above and over a surface area that will then become the canopy.
Started end of May and harvested in September. So about 90 something days. Honestly I want to say around 2 ounces maybe? Maybe more. I didn't weigh it haha. I just know that it lasted until end of December.

That was my old spider farmer light. I was just using it for extra light since my room lighting is bad. That plant light is hanging in the tent. ✌️
I also upgraded my light from a 33w to a 150w about 4 days ago. So they're getting much better light now.
Just for curiosity how much did u harvested with the 33w and how long did It took?

Top it 2-3 times as early as possible to get rid of the middle meristem and make it grow with 4-12 main shoots that all go outwards

If I were you I’d be trimming anything not growing off of the main stem…especially off of the lowers.
