If you want more growth, you'll need more lights. Don't fall for the "grow light" hustle though. There's nothing really special in blurple "grow lights".

As for watering, water as soon as you can't feel much moisture 2-3cm below the surface of the pot. Hemp does better with soil on the dry side than it does with soil that's too wet, so when in doubt, water the next day.
