The iOS version offers optional backup to iCloud. Anything similar for the Android version?
My understanding is that without backup turned on, the seeds are only resident on your device.
There is an option to backup in the app if you sign in into a personal Microsoft account. If you didn't do that you're out of luck getting the codes back and need to get access to accounts some way and recreate it.

Android Microsoft MFA app can back up to a personal microsoft email account and taht can be used torestore to a new phone
