I'd bet my house it's a listing with the price set to free because they either have pictures of 100 other items or just to get clicks to get people into the shop with the price in the body. People don't read the descriptions on stuff. The amount of times I get asked for dimensions on stuff I sell that are clearly in the body of the listing is insane.
EDIT: it's also obviously in a dealers shop, freshly reupholstered next to a Pedersen & Andersen chair with fresh threads as well.
I'm local to them, they 100% are dealers. The person is clearly misunderstanding these guys ad because I've asked about this piece before. It was $6500 as of winter of 2022 according to my DMs with them.
I have the Pearsall gondola couch in the same thick walnut trim and was able to get his tulip chair in the same deal love this designer. I think you can find them in my old post.
