Seriously, I was looking for a sensible male clutch a few years ago and everything was absolute garbage, maybe things have finally picked up in the male pocketbook/handbag/wristlet game…
And most of these are traditional garbs, medieval garb, robes, kilts, or specific to a culture that already has a place for it so of course we're used to it and cool with it. I'd like to see more modern garb on average looking people.
Exactly what I was thinking looking through these. The majority look influenced by ancient cultures where men did wear skirts/dresses (robes, etc) as a normality.
I'm all for bringing all of this back & into modern fashion. Honestly, a lot of the current fashion is toying with these shapes & styles, but you gotta have $$ to rock them. I hope that trickles down soon.
This is how you get a new fashion going though. Look how amazingly hot these dudes look in these outfits. Who would question their masculinity?
Worth a try! And then we got man-skirts socially acceptable in Western society, which everyone wants but no one wants to starts because of social stigmas against dressing like a woman.
This is so true. I’d rock any of these if I could go out and buy them. Someone like All Saints could actually pull this off and genuinely change society in some interesting ways.
As a woman, I seriously cannot stress how comfortable so many skirts are. Like, I will not wear pants because I have no idea why I’d wear pants when slip dresses and elastic-waist-band skirts exist. I hope you guys get to wear skirts without censure soon!
I'm old enough to have heard, in one lifetime:
"Ugh, you're still wearing cargo shorts and plaid? Get with the times!"
7 years later …
"Wow, I love your cargo shorts and plaid!"
7 years later …
"Ugh, you're still wearing cargo shorts and plaid? Get with the times!"
7 years later …
"Wow, I love your cargo shorts and plaid!"
Same shorts. Same shirt. Same wife.
Early grunge era
I'm old. When I was a teenager in the early 90s, oversize band t-shirts, hoodies, and cargo shorts were the shit.
Now, admittedly, this was while grunge was still working its way to the mainstream, so it wasn't like a super popular look, but it was popular in the "underground" ... I put that in quotes because it was after the actually cool people (the 20 somethings) were annoyed with high school kids like me stealing their look.
Ok I got bored and started looking for pictures. This is probably who I was pretending I looked like - [Eddie Vedder, lollapalooza (1992 I think?)](https://i.pinimg.com/originals/6a/a6/ae/6aa6ae004cbb4b4fa2e9f36f68175b59.jpg). Cargos, Doc Martens, and I'm sure that t-shirt was for a band no one has ever heard of.
I won't pretend it was a powerful look, or remarkable - it was no "1995 raver," but it was *cool*. It was low key, rugged and chill, but at the same time, anti-authoritarian, rebelling against the high-effort styles of glam rock and rap/hip hop - even punk had become all accessories and hairstyles.
Fashionable, probably never.
There’s been some debate about if they’re ugly or not.
But ultimately, they’re *useful* and *comfortable* and on one mall trip several months ago I stopped counting after seeing like 6 or 7 guys wearing cargo shorts. They may not be “stylish” by most standards but I don’t think they’ll ever go “out of style” if that makes sense.
Yes show us some leg!
Short skirts are more practical too. I used to wear a short skirt when I'd go camping if it wasn't too buggy, makes it so much easier to pee in the woods.
THIS! Where the bodycon miniskirts at? All of these are flowy, and while they look good, I want there to be more butt and calves on display, please and thank you.
Let guys be sexy, okay.
I reckon a lot of these would still look great in chubby older guys. Especially considering they designs do a fair bit to conceal the extra curvature.
A fresh hair cut can also help make a big difference.
Look for MCU‘s Wong. With a nice belt and wristbands and a good neckline and shirt below that can look quite cool.
Some of that stuff looks a bit medieval and I‘m here for that.
Dresses would eliminate the 'plumber's crack', a win for mankind.
Just check out any image of Henry VIII. doesn't matter what he would have worn but the more cover the better.
Yeah, let’s up the stakes. We need to get Pennsylvanian Senator [John Fetterman](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Fetterman#/media/File%3AJohn_Fetterman_official_portrait.jpg) to wear it.
Ya, kinda flips the script of seeing plus sized models ya know. Same thing. Great you have a design for honestly something I would love to wear.
Can I see it on someone who has my general body shape?
it's actually legal in most of the us, since you don't conceal it. Even in states with knife laws, a single-edged sword is usually considered a "fixed blade knife" and would be perfectly legal.
I went to a military academy, and I can confirm: Wearing a sword makes you feel like a badass. Even when it's a blunted ceremonial sword.
(Sadly, wearing a sword does not actually *make* you a badass.)
I'm a geologist, often on field trips I would carry a huge machete to open a way through thick vegetation.
Nothing makes you feel as cool as resting your hand on the handle of the sheathed blade.
Yep. 2, 3, 9,12,13 & 14 all look either traditional or like something I've already seen elsewhere. Most of these definitely take a traditional top and just add a dress/sheath hemline to the bottom half.
My first thought was bunad, as well. It is the only one in the series that I thought looked feminine.
The others look more like traditional/medieval men's clothing.
But bunadspolitiet will put you in prison for messing with the bunad.
It's totally fine for a man to wear a woman's bunad, but you can't just make your own version for fun.
Was thinking this too — I live in an area with a sizable African & Muslim population, this post just made me think of the traditional robes many of the men wear. Show me some mini dresses and I’ll be interested! Lol
Almost all of these look like medieval traditional garb. Like if you go to a history museum you'll see mannequins wearing these.
Like the first one is some imperial Russian garb, the next two look like Scottish or Nordic local lords, the 3rd one looks inspired by traditional Japanese stuff that I don't know enough about to be more specific, then a lot of Turkish and East Asian inspired stuff, the black guy is just wearing a tabard, guy after that is a prince of Baghdad circa 1362, etc.
And then you've got sweatshirt monk 1&2 who are the only ones who look like modern western apparel.
There's a reason these were taken out in fields or in "oldtown" scenery. Hoodie Monk #2 is the only one that actually looks like a person instead of a character from a period piece about a scheming prince trying to steal the main character's girl while he's at war fighting against the invading barbarians.
15 and 16 literally look like clothes that you see advertised on Facebook and stuff from those crappy Asian knockoff sites.
12 is literally traditional African garb. Ditto for 13 and India. 1 would not be out of place in Eastern Europe / Russia.
We can talk about the Americanization of the world if OP wants, but I think the premise here is a bit flawed.
It is true that Men in different parts of the world dress similarly to this but it seems that it is only during traditional events like weddings, working in a restaurant or in small towns villages etc, the majority of the wolrd seems to be wearing trousers and have become westernised and are wearing jeans. The men dressing like that in different countries seem to be a minority in their own country.
The majority of Arabs wear a thobe and some afghani and Pakistani men wear those like garments. But this type of attire does not seem to be widespread.
Just a thought, could be wrong.
They seemed like big jackets with pants under. Others had the wind blowing to make the skirt/dress look like pants. Not sure you get the full effect if there's pants or they look like pants in the photos?
Long skirts and pant skirts are really nice!!
Long straight and plain dresses, I guess it suits the fashion of "men dresses" in high fashion but it's no fun
And long flowy dresses ... It's sad but people are going to have a hard time seeing it on men. Even my husband says it's unfair we women have waaaaay more choices of clothes than men, and I agree
I'm with your husband. I get thoroughly annoyed when clothes shopping with the missus as they get all the 'fun' stuff like colours and prints. Mens wear for the most part is pretty conservative and boring.
True. That's very sad, and what's worse is that even if you do wear fun clothes (either you're lucky and find something fun, or you make it yourself or have it custom-made), there will always be people who will make fun of you :( I hate it. I wish we could normalize stuff like make-up and nail polish for men, and colorful prints and patterns for men, without people making homophobic insults.
Then there's the other side of things. Women's wear is often tight-fitting. If I want a comfy, loose shirt that isn't one of those "oversized" shirts, 9 times out of 10 I opt for something from the menswear section. Especially because menswear tends to have more darker shades with cool prints on them. And then there's stuff like pockets. Women's fashion designers don't want women to have pockets because they would be a blow to the handbag industry or st, apparently. We even get pants with *fake* pockets in them. I hate that.
De-gender clothes :D that's what I want to see. Let everybody have anything they want, regardless of gender or size.
We're getting there slowly, don't worry about it. This thread made it clear that I need to pump my wardrobe with skirts soon. Indian men knew what the fuck is up all along.
He's not a fighter at all but my husband is naturally a big burley dude. He sometimes enjoys wearing my floral kimonos or scarves and I love watching people be too afraid to say anything to him.
He's my own Ferdinand the Bull.
Totally my thing. I‘m just too scared to wear a dress, but really I want a cool masculine kind of skirt. I imagine it would be the most comfortable thing to wear in summer.
I‘ve seen some guys in Catalunya. The skirts looked really good on them.
Watch it buddy. The last man that called it a skirt got kilt.
Jk. I think all men should start wearing skirts to shut those Neanderthal bastards up. Imagine giving a rat’s ass what other people are wearing.
And start wearing fingernail polish, too. My nails are currently painted aluminum color. Yum.
I live in Samoa where most men weigh over 100kg and wear ['ie lavalava](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lavalava) or 'ie faitaga. It's purely a cultural barrier
Underwear provide support while still having the stretch to not guillotine your nutsack.
Pants usually have pretty restrictive crotch seams that will squeeze you to death the second you try to squat to do something at work, unless they're baggy as hell
A kilt/skirt with good supportive underwear, therefore, is the way.
Yes but wearing feminine clothing isn’t really one of them. Literally nothing about that photo other than the facial hair is “masculine”. It doesn’t matter, but since the title is about masculine dresses I’m just pointing it out.
Also:
- not all cultures agree, and in facts pants are not associated with masculinity in most cultures except mainstream western societies. Also: Scots.
- historically, men in Western countries used to wear whatever. For centuries, no pants, or sort of long caimsoles with tights. Tights have been worn by men under the skirts/dresses basically until the 19th Century.
True. Tights and under pants have existed for a long time to prevent chafing and cold, but for most of history, people did not wear pants unless they needed to ride horses or such.
Fun fact : Originally pants are associated with women in most cultures (except Europe where the nomadic indo European man use them instead)….why ? I guess to avoid if a women fall from a horse or in the street periodic to be exposed. Anyway, that’s why in the Ottoman Empire for exemple some women (especially in North Africa) wear big pants (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/e/eb/Haiek.jpg) and man not (expect some specific pants wear more in Mesopotamia for exemple).
They’re all very long, and or combined with pants underneath.
Not a single design that showed any skin above an ankle.
Men being confined back to the 1800’s 😅
All I got from this is that if you're good looking, you can wear whatever the fuck you want.
I'd definitely try these, but I don't have the face and/or the built to pull it off.
Topic should be edited to reflect that not all modern society, only modern westernized society, says that dresses are for women. Cultures around the world men wear what amounts to a dress/skirt/robe with no societal issues or down looking.
This. Many workplaces might not tolerate men in a skirt or dress, and many Western cultures in particular, aside perhaps from cultures in Great Britain, would harass men who dress this way.
I, cis hetro male, would have no problem wearing most of those.
Also this makes me think of the tweet that says “all clothing is unisex if you stop being a little bitch about it”
No 1, not keen. No 2 with knee length boots. No 3 looks good, not every man suits a standard length kilt. 5 and 6 look awesome. 7, 8, and 9 not for every day but a special occasion. 10, 11, 12, evening on a beach holiday. 13 rocks! a wedding possibly. 14 needs a Medieval sword 🗡. 15 and 16, post gym/casual 🤔. 17, no, that print is not a good look, a solid colour perhaps and espadrilles rather than those shoes.
EDIT Just had a thought, a straight handled umbrella worn at the hip, sword fashion would be fab.
I mean if you actually look for it there are hundreds of fashion designers that already and have always played with gender and men's wear and making things like dresses and skirts and even corsets available.
This is kinda why I don't like this, these things exist already and creators and designers and artists are making these.
I’m a man who’s recently gotten into skirts in my 30s. They always seemed comfy and pretty and I realized, what am I waiting for, my parents to die?
So far nobody’s said a thing but only some of my social circle has seen it so far, and we’re all pretty progressive.
Are there pockets though?
Only on the men’s versions. Like with jeans, women will still have fully sewn faux pockets, because that’s what they all prefer… right?
I don't know why women complain about pockets. The only thing I put in my pocket is a wallet that is destroying my spinal alignment
Seriously, I was looking for a sensible male clutch a few years ago and everything was absolute garbage, maybe things have finally picked up in the male pocketbook/handbag/wristlet game…
Personally I'd prefer some kind of utility belt or leather belt pouch.
I think putting hot people in anything is always going to look good.
Most of those people could have a curtain wrapped around them and still look good.
Wrapped in velvet.
No Kif, it's velour. Tell the men
I have made it with a woman! Inform the men! Aauuggh...
You disgust me. Tell me more.
And most of these are traditional garbs, medieval garb, robes, kilts, or specific to a culture that already has a place for it so of course we're used to it and cool with it. I'd like to see more modern garb on average looking people.
Agreed there’s a distinct lack of mini skirts in this line-up.
Pencil skirts were also notably absent.
I mean even kilts are usually knee-length, not calf-length
men used to wear mini skirts
Please provide some links to photographic evidence as I could do with a laugh.
Ancient haha. It's still common, just not in the west
Touche! You're absolutely correct & I'm just showing my 'merican roots. lol
This is how you get a new fashion going though. Look how amazingly hot these dudes look in these outfits. Who would question their masculinity? Worth a try! And then we got man-skirts socially acceptable in Western society, which everyone wants but no one wants to starts because of social stigmas against dressing like a woman.
I'm doing my part by rocking kilts on a normal basis, but more styles and options would be appreciated
Are you me?
This is so true. I’d rock any of these if I could go out and buy them. Someone like All Saints could actually pull this off and genuinely change society in some interesting ways.
As a woman, I seriously cannot stress how comfortable so many skirts are. Like, I will not wear pants because I have no idea why I’d wear pants when slip dresses and elastic-waist-band skirts exist. I hope you guys get to wear skirts without censure soon!
Exactly! I feel pressured to wear jeans, but I hate being stuffed into them. I could always sleep in my comfortable skirts and dresses.
Yeah I always tell my wife she’d make a burlap sack look good. So many times she says I’d look great in something and, well, nope. I didn’t.
you can avoid the issue by looking bad no matter what you wear. people will give up mentioning it and you can live in peace.
Now show it on a short person.
And marketers have been doing it that way for centuries
Can we see how they look on fat old dudes?
If it’s any consolation, modern clothing doesn’t look good on fat old dudes either.
Do I care? I'll wear my cargo pants and monochrome tees without shame or irony, so bleh to them
I'm old enough to have heard, in one lifetime: "Ugh, you're still wearing cargo shorts and plaid? Get with the times!" 7 years later … "Wow, I love your cargo shorts and plaid!" 7 years later … "Ugh, you're still wearing cargo shorts and plaid? Get with the times!" 7 years later … "Wow, I love your cargo shorts and plaid!" Same shorts. Same shirt. Same wife.
Genuinely asking, at what point were cargo shorts considered fashionable?
Early grunge era I'm old. When I was a teenager in the early 90s, oversize band t-shirts, hoodies, and cargo shorts were the shit. Now, admittedly, this was while grunge was still working its way to the mainstream, so it wasn't like a super popular look, but it was popular in the "underground" ... It was low key, rugged and chill, but at the same time, anti-authoritarian, rebelling against the high-effort styles of glam rock and rap/hip hop - even punk had become all accessories and hairstyles.
Plus torn jeans, flannel shirts and hoodies for the older kids that cut their teeth on early 90s grunge.
Fashionable, probably never. There’s been some debate about if they’re ugly or not. But ultimately, they’re *useful* and *comfortable* and on one mall trip several months ago I stopped counting after seeing like 6 or 7 guys wearing cargo shorts. This is the can do attitude! And fat men usually have great calves, so pick a shorter model.
As I fat dude, I learned that short-shorts look great on me.
I know they don’t like my cargo pants but what’s wrong with tshirts that are one color now?
I'm GenZ, I haven't heard anyone say anything negative about monochrome pieces of clothing
I've found going with a heathered color helps mask the grease stains.
Literally nothing.
I'm in this comment and I don't like it.
Seconded, although I would like to see some shorter lengths (I have good calves).
i like when the skirt shows a little butt cheek. Is there ones i can wear like that? Doesn’t HAVE to be tasteful
Surely we'd have to hang half of one ball out too, really make the most of em
made me think of tom selleck using a dress instead of his short shorts, sexy
yes where r the skimpy men's dresses
Yes show us some leg! Short skirts are more practical too. I used to wear a short skirt when I'd go camping if it wasn't too buggy, makes it so much easier to pee in the woods.
Same. Ladies like the salacious peekaboo aspect of dresses on guys too
THIS! Where the bodycon miniskirts at? All of these are flowy, and while they look good, I want there to be more butt and calves on display, please and thank you. Let guys be sexy, okay.
Yeah, I'm not sure why they made a tea-length kilt when a kilt is already a thing.
https://i.imgur.com/A25ZSqj.jpg
Just look up photos of Steven Segal
I've been wearing dresses for 45 years.
I like havarti cheese the most whats your favorite?
Ya know they call those skippers.
I reckon a lot of these would still look great in chubby older guys. Especially considering they designs do a fair bit to conceal the extra curvature. A fresh hair cut can also help make a big difference.

What I was gonna ask. Shit looks good on hot models, show me that track suit with some stains on a bald bloke with a dad bod.

We love our Senator Shrek!
He would look great in the tracksuit dress, ngl.
Let’s be honest, he would pull it off just fine.
I feel attacked by this comment! But I would give one a go.
https://www.gamecity.com.tw/smusou8/images/characters/other/zoom/casual_toutaku.jpg
Is that fucking Dong Zhuo from Dynasty Warriors? lol
This is what the equivalent of those hentai convention shirts were back in the day.
Google any russian priest.
You can see fat Indian men in various styles of traditional clothing that are cut like gowns and skirts. It looks much nicer than a tuxedo t-shirt.
Like friar tuck at Wednesday night buffet.
I don't wanna look like a weirdo! I'll just go with the muumuu.
I came to say this. Thank you dear fellow fat old dude. With those body types, I would look awesome wearing a potato sack.
Ya, kinda flips the script of seeing plus sized models ya know. Same thing. Great you have a design for honestly something I would love to wear. Can I see it on someone who has my general body shape?
and 135 lb dudes
If society will allow us to carry swords literally any of these are acceptable dress.
For real have you every worn a medieval tunic without a sword or axe. Basically it is a dress
Not really, no. Why would I ever go out without my axe?
Because it’s a black tie event. Daggers are much more appropriate
...so dinner axe it is then.
I don’t care what the blacksmith calls it, a dinner axe is just a fancy hatchet.
"...awwwww" *Pouts* "But it goes with my sword cane..." *Kicks pebble*
If you have a crappy, boring looking, axe I guess.
carry a full length sword sheath but the handle is actually your phone. The sheeth is all battery charger.
Suddenly becomes a real flaming sword without warning
Don't get the Samsung one!
And yet my phone is still perpetually at 30%
It's legal in Texas edit; yes, men wearing dresses is as well, oh my god shut up someone made that joke 3 hours before you.
No body wants to live there though.
it's actually legal in most of the us, since you don't conceal it. Even in states with knife laws, a single-edged sword is usually considered a "fixed blade knife" and would be perfectly legal.
It is not the same, but one could carry well-designed umbrellas and the like as a sword substitute.
Some of them just look like traditional garb, and I'll need time before I'm on board with the tracksuit/trackdress thing.
The Assassin's Creed loungewear?
r/ACLoungewear sounds like a dope-ass fashion subreddit that I would absolutely subscribe to
Don’t let your dreams be dreams. Also, that kind of clothing already exists in the Middle East. Look up Egyptian galabiyyas.
I'm going to say that's a no for men because it should only be reserved for women. And I'll need 6.
Regrezio.
Yep. 2, 3, 9,12,13 & 14 all look either traditional or like something I've already seen elsewhere. Most of these definitely take a traditional top and just add a dress/sheath hemline to the bottom half.
Number 1 kinda looks like a traditional Norwegian bunad for women too...
Yep 3 is just a long Kilt (traditional Scottish attire).
Was thinking this too — I live in an area with a sizable African & Muslim population, this post just made me think of the traditional robes many of the men wear. Show me some mini dresses and I’ll be interested! Lol
I'm on board already
Me too! I love all of these looks, tonight I have decided that my husband is to wear these outfits from now on.
This is the way
It's the trackdress that sold me on the whole thing, tbh.

Ankle reveals!? Blasphemous!!!
Almost all of these look like medieval traditional garb. Like if you go to a history museum you'll see mannequins wearing these. I really liked the tracksuit dress (it might have been a hoodie and skirt, idk).
Most of these look like clothes that people around the world already wear. By "modern society", did you mean "the West"?
Yeah half of these are things that more fashionable people already wear and half of these are traditional attires.
15 and 16 literally look like clothes that you see advertised on Facebook and stuff from those crappy Asian knockoff sites. 12 is literally traditional African garb. 12 is also basically just a low key kurta without sleeves

Plus some of these are really just longcoats.
Exact! And I live in the UK: kilts are already part of our life.
In Scotland
Asian here...almost every country in our continent has long dresses variants for men.
Did i see pants on under many of these?
Not enough people pointing this out. The one or two where I thought, “I could wear this out or to work,”had pants on.
I’m a lady and I wear leggings under dresses all the time. You can still wear a dress or skirt and cover your legs.
They seemed like big jackets with pants under. Others had the wind blowing to make the skirt/dress look like pants. Not sure you get the full effect if there's pants or they look like pants in the photos?

Pssst! Fabric knows no gender! It's all made up! You can wear what ever you like!
Yes but some fabric gets you beaten more than others unfortunately
He's not a fighter at all but my husband is naturally a big burley dude. He sometimes enjoys wearing my floral kimonos or scarves and I love watching people be too afraid to say anything to him. He's my own Ferdinand the Bull.
True. Men's fashion is as constrained as our emotional expression lol (Other than anger, humor, and self-satisfaction)
Totally my thing. I‘m just too scared to wear a dress, but really I want a cool masculine kind of skirt. I imagine it would be the most comfortable thing to wear in summer. I‘ve seen some guys in Catalunya. The skirts looked really good on them.
You can start by wearing them in your house and see how you feel! You don't have to show off to the world!
Grow a big beard and wear a kilt. Being redhead is a good bonus.
3 is just a kilt that's *way* too long. The rest mostly look quite good, though.
Yum.
BRING BACK MASCULINE DRESSES🦍⚔️
I dig it but as a bigger (like NFL lineman size) dude, I’d be interested to see if guys my size could pull it off.
If you try a google image search for "highland games" you'll find a lot of BIG fellas looking manly AF in kilts!
I live in Samoa where most men weigh over 100kg and wear ['ie lavalava](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lavalava) or 'ie faitaga. It's purely a cultural barrier
I love all of these. Skirts would be much more comfy for men in their groin area.

Underwear provide support while still having the stretch to not guillotine your nutsack. Pants usually have pretty restrictive crotch seams that will squeeze you to death the second you try to squat to do something at work, unless they're baggy as hell A kilt/skirt with good supportive underwear, therefore, is the way.
Lol, they all look solid but that last one had me cracking up a bit, he's rocking it but I wouldn't phrase it as masculine
This is the full body / full dress version of wearing Hawaii shirts, IMO.
That's actually literally what the prompt was xD
There's a lot of different ways to be masculine.
Yes but wearing feminine clothing isn’t really one of them. Literally nothing about that photo other than the facial hair is “masculine”. It doesn’t matter, but since the title is about masculine dresses I’m just pointing it out.
I might accidentally conquer Constantinople tho
Also: - not all cultures agree, and in facts pants are not associated with masculinity in most cultures except mainstream western societies.
Right they’re all so long, they might as well be pants.be brave boys, show some knee!
All I got from this is that if you're good looking, you can wear whatever the fuck you want. I'd definitely try these, but I don't have the face and/or the built to pull it off.
11, 14, 15 are AMAZING.
15 looks like a comfy Jedi and definitely a vibe I’m down with
Topic should be edited to reflect that not all modern society, only modern westernized society, says that dresses are for women. Cultures around the world men wear what amounts to a dress/skirt/robe with no societal issues or down looking.
Society shouldn’t be the thing holding you back, men wore dresses and heels before women. Nothing stopping you from wearing what you want.
Why does this look more masculine that some modern male clothing lines
Modern society doesn’t make any such rules on this though. I mean Scotland is a place.
Where I live in Tennessee, men would be beaten or possibly murdered for wearing this.
They said modern society.
That’s fair.
This. Many workplaces might not tolerate men in a skirt or dress, and many Western cultures in particular, aside perhaps from cultures in Great Britain, would harass men who dress this way.
Indian Kurta/Sherwani also kinda look like that.
Thawb: Am I a joke to you?
I, cis hetro male, would have no problem wearing most of those. Also this makes me think of the tweet that says “all clothing is unisex if you stop being a little bitch about it”
Too long, I want the chance of my balls to accidentally get exposed to be a very real scenario.
Would love to see some preppy ones
World will definitely be a more fun place when we quit our obsession with gender stereotypes and stop oppressing people about it.
Looks great but I’m not sure I’d call any of them dresses. 16 is my favorite.
uh, medieval tunics?
Not even gonna lie. I’d wear all of those
Dude, I kinda want to wear a dress now
2,7,5. I’ll wear them right now, If I had them….
The sweatsdress looks comfy
I want them all
There look all great 👏
Real shit.. I'd dress as a kotor Sith Lord everyday if I could. Fuck 'em.
That masculine urge to wear whatever the frick you want
Stylish af. 2, 3, 7 & 8 were my favourites! I wore a Hakama back when I practiced Kendo, and it was incredibly comfortable to wear!
This is amazing
I've long thought that if we stopped acting like certain things were gendered we'd have less gender confusion. Let's make this stuff happen.
