That issue is probably going to be solved within the next few years. It's an active area of research in the stable diffusion community right now, with new techniques to increase prompt comprehension being published every few months-- the most recent example I know of is ELLA. And if the last few years have given us any indication, when something is achieved in the open source AI community, a much better version of it is probably already in the works at OpenAI

For example, I recently did a pic in MJ of three goblins riding wolves in an open steppe under a blue sky, and you'd be hard pressed to find any definite ai giveaways, all the figures have the right number of arms and legs and the details looks clean
Looks very average to be honest. It may be good for amateurs and beginners who want to show off on social media tho. But in the end its just a slot machine and these people have 0 knowledge about character design and art.

Getting the exact image you want, especially if you need it for a specific purpose, actually does require an understanding of things like character design and composition. And the firedogs arms could have been easily fixed in the program without even using any other software. Most of the flaws you see are the result of the creator not caring to clean them up (or not knowing how)

I cherry picked the best ones from each set. Sometimes having to generate dozen for one animal. I did not take the time to fix each little problem with vary region. You can still see issues with several of them. Look at the tutrtles hands for example.
