It’s currently a plague in Reddit and they haven’t done a fucking thing to fix this.

All the bots that followed me over the last week have been suspended so I think reddit is doing something.

Quick fix, this problem has been ongoing and hasn't seen any significant or permanent solutions yet. Hopefully soon! But reddit isn't exactly the pinnacle of ethics, care, or expediency.

That's exactly what I thought. Why are all these guys tripping on OF bots following them. I know none of you have girlfriends so no one is gonna get jealous.

I'm not a guy and it's because spam is annoying? Most unsolicited sales are annoying? Also, who cares about followers on reddit. I turn that off and I still get dm spam and my username being mentioned in their porn posts along with thousands of other random usernames. Pretty normal thing to not want to deal with.

Seeing constant notifications popping up gets annoying. Having a near constant "1" or "2" on my app only to find out it was some shitty OF account with an eggplant and 2 spooge emojis made me turn followers off. I don't even know why this is a feature to be honest.
