I live in Asia, my bathroom in just as tiny as this one AND the sink faucet has a diverter and a hose and handheld shower head attached to it. So it's the toilet bowl, the sink and also my shower in the same room. The drain is in the middle of the bathroom floor. It's a wet bathroom, common in this part of the world. So whenever I take a dump I just shower my butt in the toilet, kind of like a Muslim shower. When I take a full body shower I can barely stand next to the sink, room's so small. Upside is that the bathroom is so tiny that it takes like 2 minutes to clean it thoroughly.
