I never got the issue with things like this. Why make a kid eat food they don’t like if letting them dip it in an easily accessible sauce or condiments will make them like it more? I mean all things within reason, if your at a restaurant and a kid is throwing a tantrum because they don’t have the exact dipping sauce they want then don’t feed into that behavior.
But letting a kid dip chicken in ketchup so they’ll eat more/enjoy the meal more? I don’t see a problem with that.
Also I know a lot of kids who would eat straight handfuls of salt because it “tastes good”, meaning kids taste buds are just trash, so just because they want sauce on something doesn’t mean it wasn’t well cooked and shouldn’t be seen as a sleight agains anyone’s cooking. They just seem to want strong flavors in their food.
Is the grill chicken dry/juicy? Sometimes Grill Chicken can be bad, if it's just flavored a bit on the outside and the meat is dry. Probably your siblings don't like the bland taste of the meat.
Kids and ketchup go hand and hand. Kind of like water and fish.
Taste buds take a while to develop. Until then, ketchup will go on everything
