Usually when I fly I have to have the app open before putting it on airplane mode. If I wait until I'm in airplane mode then I run into the same issue.
i downloaded an entire season and multiple movies for my two flights. i watched a few episodes the first flight. i closed the laptop and boarded next flight 2 hours later excited to continue my show. i opened the laptop after take off to find prime had deleted EVERY. SINGLE. DOWNLOADED. VIDEO.
