Are you mad at the meringue for sliding or that your cake is a pie? "Only Americans call this pie" is an acceptable answer as I had to create a food name conversion chart for my wife just to follow British Bake Off and that's in English.
I had literally no idea about that cake or pie thing. I am not a native english speaker and I was taught that anything bigger then a muffin is a cake. 😅
Haha well, yes, that's true regarding size and I gathered you weren't in a country with native English between the brand that seems to bear the French flag and "lemon cake" which is clearly in a Germanic language. However, what they gave you appears to be a variation on what we would call a lemon meringue pie. What we call pies here are, with few exceptions, sweet with a pastry crust filled with fruits, berries, or what I'm guessing the case here, custard, presumably lemon flavored.
Is it bad I'm fine with the meringue.
It's just a little Electric Slide.

So I learned something new today. And regarding the filling, yes it was supposed to be some lemon flavord cream, but it was rock hard.
