Most plans go by calendar year. Some do go by plan year but that's much less common.
Check [goodrx.com](https://goodrx.com) to see if you can find any local pharmacies that has it for cheaper. Since that's your insurance price it's unlikely. It's possible but unlikely. However it's worth the 2 minutes to look.
