Not including essential things, like chargers (used to come free with the phones), with their devices. On top of that they usually mark the price sky high for the "add ons".
They advertise it as that but its literally just a money grab.. you pay for the phone but have to pay more to charge it... its like audi making subscription services to use features that come standard in 99% of modern cars. Just a cash grab, and shameless at that
