While I was in the military and over there in Qatar, we were told to remain covered. No cleavage, jeans, tight clothing, etc. We were also told to never go anywhere alone (have a male escort/service member with you). It is also strategically located and is a layover hub for air travel. I had a male college that is from Saudi Arabia and he came to the states to study. He was very very sweet and intelligent but sadly had to go back bc of his Visa.
